I have purchased a Holiday Voucher of Rs 5513 through Makemy Trip which entitles the customer for a value of Rs 7500 redeemable at various destinations. The payment was made online on 26.10.09 and the voucher was suppossed to come within 21 days. However I have not recd it till date. Several mail correspondences have been made with Makemy Trip but no satisfactory response. Further a number of phone calls have been made to their customer care offices but no satisfactory response again.
Pls suggest the recourse I have against the company and the process for filing a case against them.
