[Resolved]  Home Loan — harrasment and mental torture

i hv applied for home loan of 13 lakhs at thane branch n intial the guy cald lino who was a officer in idbi bank said yes..and after taking all my relevent docs in the mnth of dec 2009 , they gave me sanction letter of 10 lakhs in the mnth of jan 2010. i argued wid tht guy he said its the manager's desecion..i than gave up n was ok with 10 lakhs as i have already paid registration fees. and applied for personal loan to adjust the remaining 3 lakhs to give to my builder as another guy took over my case MR PRAMOD TAMBE who is son of n gave me wrong info n false hopes n he said u wont get DISBURSEMENT unless u pay ur contribution to ur builder..thn till 6 month thy delayed to disburse n thn finaly whn date was closed thy said we are giving the loan disbursement cheque of 10 lakhs tht female the manager is number 1 lier her name is MRS VANDANA SANDEEP she said we cant disburse as in civil cheque its mention tht u have taken personal loan of 3 lakhs n nw u will get only 7 lakhs..i got o frustrated coz these people workig in idbi thane branch hv no knowledge of their product.. they are to waste my 6 months of time money n energy..after withdrawing my original docs from tht stupid bank nw hey are denieing to refund my pocessing fees of 15k..GOSH IDBI IS GONNA GROW BY TAKING POOR PEOPLE'S PROCESSING FEES N THAT TOO WITOUT DISBURSING THE AMOUNT....I W ANT MY PROCESSING FEES...I DONT GET ANY REASON TO GIVE U 15 K WITOUT GETTING HELP..IF IDBI WANTS TO EARN FREE MONEY THN SEND PEOPLE LIKE PRAMOD N VANDANA TO BEG N DONT KEEP THM IN OFFICE TO HELP PEPLE TO GET DREAM HOUSE COZ THEY GOOD FOR NOTHING..LISTEN U IDBI GUYS BETTER REFUND MY PROCESSING FEES ORELSE I WILL SUE U IN CONSUMER COURT U ....!
