[Resolved]  Home Shop 18 / First Flight — Delivery delay

I have ordered products from Home shop 18 previously but the last order which i have placed has not been received by me.....and neither Homes hop 18 nor First flight is doing their needful job

While tracking the parcel......first flight says the Address is Insufficient and Home shop 18 says its with First Flight

On providing the Consignment Number,First flight says its not with them....the details are given below

when i am paying for the product from beforehand then why am i not getting the proper service
And the most funny thing is when you call them for help they blame each other....and i dont get any solution
