I have purchased a DVD Home theater System (Model No HCD -DZ150K )three months before from an authorised dealer (RAZAN CENTER, Fahaheel) in Kuwait.I took the system to India (Kerala) .The system was working perfectly. But one day suddenly the system stopped working.The system didn' t reading the CD and DVD's.Then my brother took the system to nearest authorised service center in kerala.(Madonna Electronics, 19/473/16, Thatha Complex, near Milma Zonal Office MG Road, Thrissur.Pin 680-004.Ph[protected]The Job order no-met122.The technicans working in the service center told to my brother that they had replaced three ICs, and the system was working good.My brother took the system to my home and connected, and noticed that there is no video out put from the system, also the surround system mode also not woking.Then again he took back the system to the dealer.Then they rectified the video problem but still there is no surround sound.We asked them what is the real problem with the system, the manager doesn't have any answer.Right now the system is in the shop.
As a world class brand, we are expecting a good service from the company side.As we are a regular user of SONY products, this is the only one bitter experience we had.As the system have International Warranty please do the needful to get a service or a replacement. Was this information helpful? |
home theater — no service from JMD services
I have given my home theater to JMD services -GHAZIABAD -UP( exclusive samsung service center) dated 06/11/08. My home theater is not running, showing NO DISK.After several visit I didn't got my home theater back. They said some equipments are not coming from main offices. Now its almost one month I am waiting for my home theater .
