[Resolved]  home theater — items missing from box

we have purchased samsung advanced wireless hometheater system for our samsung TV. the remote and the booklet and the soft cloth that should have been in the box were missing. The factory sealed box was opened and very cleverly sealed back with a scotch tape so that it wont be easily visible. I am not sure now if the rest of the items were original either, and whether they sold the demo piece to us making it look like fresh piece. We would not like to buy a used system.
It was purchased from samsung showroom in hightech city. The strange thing that happened was the showroom dealer never wanted to speak to us. His telephone number was not available for us. If the managers of the showroom are exchanging the new unit with old, and selling them as new either he is aware of it , and avoiding the customer, or the managers are not giving to the customer the dealer number saying their policy would not allow to give his number. The customers are taken for a ride passing these used units, or stealing items from boxes.
The sales offices numbers are customer service senior managers who would be interested in protecting the reputation of samsung will never know these mismanagement as their numbers are never given to customers.
If samsung cares for their reputation or their sales, this kind of cheating of customers and as well as the mismanagement has to be stopped. And make the respective dealer accountable and punishable. only then they can set their reputation right. The attitude of the samsung showroom in hyderabad hitech city is very arrogant , and they were very confident that no action would be taken against them. Ultimately if your showroom dealers are playing with samsung reputation, samsung sales get affected, and these reputations are very very bad for the samsung company.

I like to hear from hyderabad, india sales team to rsolve this issue with proper explanations. The dealer says boxes shipped without remote, and manuals etc. If that is true why was the box wa opened and sealed back?
None of the area managers numbers are available to customers on net. The customer service center dont give any numbers. The call center people neither care or try to fix such problems, as they are outsourced employees.
