we have purchased samsung advanced wireless hometheater system for our samsung TV. the remote and the booklet and the soft cloth that should have been in the box were missing. The factory sealed box was opened and very cleverly sealed back with a scotch tape so that it wont be easily visible. I am not sure now if the rest of the items were original either, and whether they sold the demo piece to us making it look like fresh piece. We would...
