RES.SIR, WITH DUE RESPECT I WANT TO POINT YOUR ATTENTION TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT OF THE WELL POPULAR SHOPPING SITE "HOMESHOP18". I HAVE BOOKED A COMBO OFFER OF WEAVES 5 PIECES BEDSHEET COSTING RUPEES 3499 ON 14TH OF AUGUST,ORDER ID[protected]. THEY DELIVERED THE PRODUCT ON RIGHT TIME BUT NOT RIGHT PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE ORDERED,,THEY HAVE SENT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ITEM,WHICH WAS THEIR FIRST BLUNDER, WHEN I CALLED THEM REGARDING THAT,THEY TOLD ME TO PACK THAT MYSELF AND MAKE IT DELIVERED TO THEM INSTEAD OF SENDING THEIR STAFF TO PICK THAT UP,,WHICH WAS THEIR SECOND MISCONDUCT.AFTER THE COURIER OF THE PRODUCT BY ME THEY ORDERED US TO SEND A SCAN COPY OF THE RECEIPT OF THE COURIER..AFTER THESE THINGS WHEN I WAS SURE THAT THEY WILL NOW DELIVER THE RIGHT PRODUCT,,BUT THEIR ANSWER WAS TOALLY OPPOSITE,THEY TOLD THAT THE REQUIRED PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY THROUGH CHEQUE.INSTEAD OF DEPOSTING THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT THEY ARE SENDING A CHEQUE FOR WHICH I HAVE TO AGAIN SPEND MY PRECIOUS TIME FOR THE CLEARANCE OF THE CHEQUE.EVEN THEY ARE NOT OFFERING THE TOTAL DELIVERY CHARGES OF RUPEES 360 BEARED BY ME..THEY ARE REFUNDING JUST THE 10 PERCENT OF THE PRODUCT.AND NOW ITS OVER 18 DAYS OVER NOR I HAVE GOT THE PRODUCT NOR REFUNDED AMOUNT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT NOR THE CHEQUE... AND ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE..I HAVE CALLED THEM NEARLY 6 TIMES AND ALL THE TIMES THEY DONT HAVE IDENTICAL ANSWER..ONE TIME THEY TOLD THE CHEQUE WILL BE DELIVERED TOMORROW,,,OTHER TIME THEY TOLD AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT,,,EVEN THEY THEY TOLD THAT I HAVE AGAIN SEND THE POD WHICH I HAVE ALREADY SENT NEARLY 3 TIMES...SO A REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT.. THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE A PROPER ACTION TOWARDS THEM....BECAUSE THE MAIN PURPOSE OF ONLINE SHOPPING SITES IS TO DO SHOPPING BY SITTING IN HOMES AND HENCE SAVE TIME,,BUT BY THIS ATTITUDE OF HOMESHOP18 THAY HAVE TOTALLY CHANGED THE MAIN MOTIVE OF ONLINE SHOPPING SITES..
