Dear All, I had placed order at Home Shop 18 for A22-78 pc Dinner Set - Mx for Rs. 2899/- in the month of May 09. On receipt of the delivery of the dinner set at home I found the quality is not upto the mark and are very light weighted then the regular normal dinner sets available in market and which are less then the HOME Shop 18 price. I wrote to them that I am not satisfied with the quality of the product and I am sending it back through Courier and I send it back within through On dot courier with request to refund my Rs. 2899/- plus the courier charges of Rs. 600/-. Later on after following up with them they said it is in process and after some time a stage came when they said that they have not received the Dinner Set back. It is very strange. They should inform the same at the early stage I have lodged my complaint. Any How I have arranged the proof of the delivery with lots of the followups with courier company and even after providing the same to HOMESHOP18 my refund has not been credited to me. I suggest Homeshop18 that they should adopt a fair policy while trading and the consumer complaints should be resolved max within 3 working days on receipt of the material at their end. I am fullly agree with Mr. sharma the home shop 18 is not taking care about the customers. They are doing fraud with the customer. i Suggest everybody not to any product from the Home shop18 as i ahve also faced the similar problem with the company.
