Homeshop18 — Foulty item supply. & rejected to refund

Sir,

I ordered home shop 18 on 5 Oct regardin DVD player + Mobile + MP3 ( I pod), After order they send the order through currier with wrong address. I collect package on 24-Oct from currier office. After opening i came to know Mobile & I pod are foulty. On same time (24-Oct) i called to customer care & inform for refund against order. Customer care inform me that you call on 26-Oct for refund now i am registering for replacement. I called on 26-Oct & registered for refund. Also i send my all item to Home shop-18 on 5-Nov as per instruction given by HS18. Till date i am waiting for refund or my item

Requsted you to please look into & help me to get my money.

I called almost 50 time for follow-up. I am having record of when i called & to whom i talk. If required i am ready to submitts all detai to you

I bought a Olympus T-10 camera on Diwali from Home Shop 18. It took only 25-30 photographs and stopped working. I could not find your email ID to register my complaint. so I am writing my complaint here. I want to know how can I get the camera replaced.
