HomeShop 18 — Poor After Sales Response

I had ordered for an Inalsa Magic Food Processor on 9th October vide order No.[protected] and received the same within 10 days but unfortunately the same is not working. I have made 100s of complaints to Inalsa and Home Shop 18 but all fell on deaf ears. The After sales response of Home Shop 18 is too poor. I would suggest all not to buy anything from HS18 who are big frauds. Strangely, Till date I have not even received a single phone call from them. At least I received my product on time I really pity those who have not received anything.

Home shop 18 & Wespro — Useless phone

The phone display got damaged when kept in the pocket..within a month,..


Best thing,..it falls under warranty...but wespro tech support and HOME SHOP 18 say no...it does not...


all phones are supposed be kept in the pockets...IF the Phone is so SENSATIVE....dont SELL IT!!!!!!

battery is not charging, because i gest want to take a new battery, please sugest me how to buy nwe battery model no is wm3708i.

HOME SHOP 18 CHANNEL — SELLING OLD PRODUCTS

From some days I watching again the products of Wespro Digital India Ltd. which are cameras,digital camcorders and other products, but My experience is that the company sell their old product which are very old and using the accessories in the product are Chinese and which is not available in Indian market.

In the other hand the manufacturer of these products ( Wespro Digital India Ltd.) is has no stock of accessories of their products and company didn't give any response to their customers. They gave only harassment to the consumers

The channel sold their products which are not be able to direct sale to the consumers by manufacturers

I suggest you don't purchase anything from the HOME SHOP 18


Battery of Wespro Digital Camera

I already submitted my complaint against Home Shop18 Channel for the product Wespro 8 MP DS8060S digital camera of Wespro Digital India Ltd. The problem is which camera I was purchased from them from some months its battery is now dead due to some technical problems. I found battary everywhere in india and punjab but I didn’t found . I submit this problem throgh telephonic or via e mail to wespro digital but they didn’t take any action and said we have no stock of accecssories of this product and don't get any positive response. I watch daily home shop 18 channel and till today they are sale the products of this company which has no stock of accesories of their pruducts. After purchasing the products from this company consumer will face only harrasment .
I request to company please give me new battery and I will pay the battery price. Without battery my camera and Rs. Four thousands are useless.

I bought a new Wespro digital camera (Model DS8060s) during January 2010 through Homeshop18.But the battery supplied with it was defective. After I had taken up, the battery was replaced but even the newly supplied battery was defective. So I requested the company that I would like to purchase brand new battery. But the concerned officer of Wespro informed me that they were running out of stock. Even today the company has not informed me when the stock is likely to be available. I find the attitude of the company very apathetic. Particularly Homeshop18 should take up the responsibility but they are more like frauds once the price has been paid and would not respond to your queries. The worst is that this battery is not available with any stockist in the country.
Like Mr. Navin Dixit above, I would also like to know if any stockist is there to supply the battery for the said model.
