What kind of redressal system that is this being followed by homeshop18. I have been calling and messaging since last month and there are no replies and reverts for the call back requests.
My following order is still not recieved ordered on 28 july, 2019

I ordered 10 pcs Bedsheet set on aug 7th and till date I didn’t receive the order, I m unable to contact them, wrote mail no reply called them several times no one is lifting my calls

What’s wrong I lost my money or homeshop18 is fraud website or what is the receive ?

    I have placed my order on 27th july 2019 and i have made online payment the amount is taken from my bank account... After 20 days the order was not reached to me so i have cancelled my order on 15th august 2019 till i didn't got the refund amount of rupees 1899 the costomer care is not picking the call... And the call is not getting connected all the numbers of costomer care is not getting connected...

      I ordered one wounderchef grinder on 15th of june. But it's was cancelled for refund from company hs18 due to product not available. But up to now i did not receive the amount of rs 2499 which i was paid through hdfc credit card. I raised the complaint also and they said that no need to worry it will be solved within 7-8 days. This communication happen on around july last week. But after that when i tried that complaint number it was ringing but no one receiving the call.
      HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      This is about the Order NO [protected] about which already I explained in details.
      Now a days all the complaints numbers are also dead in terms of Busy/Barred/NOt working.
      Really what kind of service is these no idea.
      Kindly Refund the Money as early as possible as its almost going to 3 months till the last communication happen about the Refund of the Amount. But Since then no response even if through that Mailing system also([protected]@homeshop.com)
      Still Upto now I do not get any info regarding the Refund Initiation though now its almost 4 months going to complete and so many follow ups through mail since now no way of communication is happening as per as call is concerned as all the provided number on the site is either barred or busy.
      So kindly initiate it asap otherwise be ready for further legal action as its totally not accepted from such a company.

        I have placed an order on 15th june 2019, i dont know why the order was cancelled from their side. But i still didn't get my refund amount.

        I have already complained many times on the complain number but still did not receive my money back.

        Now they are not receving call on complaint number and not replying to my emails.

        The product cost is 1599 inr

        They are totally fraud, i want my money back.

          My order number no-[protected], i have order electronic clothe dryer but that cost rs.4995/- on 28th june but that order has been cancelled from your end and my refund has been not initiated yet. It seem so long time for refund process. No one is responding on phone and mails.

          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possibile.

            I have ordered a combo product 29 july 2019. My order no. Is [protected]. Since the order was running late i cancelled it but i did not get refund. There site is showing status cancelled for refund but nothing is done. I have sent many emails to them but they are not replying not picking up customer care number. There order taking number is working very well and when i call that number for complaint they ask to call customer care number which they never pick up. I am a 61 year old man who ordered this combo for my daughter and lost my money with this fake site. Plz help me. I have made payment through mobiwik. All details attached

              I am parvati and i am your regular customer. But now i am facing a problem and i can't believe that it is you. The matter is that my sister (Kamal pathak) had purchased a bedsheet combo for 1300 (Order no.[protected]) but when she recieved it, she didn't like its stuff. So she had returned it and you sent her a shopping coupon cmpq7jt575m valid till 19.11.19. After that she told me to do some shopping with this coupon. So i ordered two night suits and a shirt from this coupon but you sent me only one night suit (Boosah women's satin night suit purple - l) and after that your customer executive told me that my order is cancelled by the seller so now i have to place my order again but when my sister called him again he told her that her order is only for a shirt for rs.500.
              It is very strange that your traders and sellers are cheating your customers and you r doing nothing.
              I want my money or the ordered products nothing else. Plz manage and solve this matter.

                We have booked the order of mixer juicer grinder on dtd 24.06.2019.

                The order has been cancelled by homeshop18 on dtd 08.07.2019 and informed that refund will be credited in our a/c with in 8 days. But still we have not received the amt of rs.1899/-.

                Also there is no any revert from them we are taking followup from 18.07.2019.

                They are not responding our phone calls.

                Please help us for the same.

                                  I ordered a lotus youth rx anti aging kit of rs.1049 from the website of homeshop18 on dated 6th of july 2019. I paid for the same through netbanking at the very moment as they were offering a free delivery charges if paid online. I got confirmation message on my mobile with an order id : [protected] and delivery date was 13th of july 2019 as mentioned in the message. But after few days when i tried to track order on their website the delivery date was postponed to 20th july 2019. Again it was delayed to 23rd july, then to 25th, then to 26th, then to 27th july. After that i tried a lot to contact their customer service numbers but i couldn't get any contact. For 2 days all of their toll-free number were not even available. Last 2 to 3 days i was trying to contact them, finally their numbers were ringing but always i got a computerised answer of "all our customer service executives are busy attending phone call... Please stay online". There is no message or no phone call to me from their end. So today in the morning i cancelled my order. They immediately generateed cancelled order and refunded status in my account's "track order page" of their website. But the refund i have not received till now, neither have i got any refund related message from the website. Now i am feeling like being cheated. I would have selected cash on delivery option while paying but i often purchase on online platforms by paying online. Inspired by our beloved pm's digital india campaign me and my husband usually do online transactions. Now onwards i will become extra careful while purchasing online and sorry to our pm, but we can't trust anybody anymore where such cheater companies are there, one can not support such initiatives. Being a responsible citizen i thought of complaining the issue so that others get a lesson from our suffering and mistake. Finally if my issue is not resolved immediately i'm going to forward this message to pmo. Hopefully the issue will be resolved as early as possible. Below i am attaching the relevant proofs.

                                    I ordered a 52 piece set cookware it takes 2 weeks around and no status found then i called customer care for help they say you cancel your order the vendor is not available otherwise wait and i already paid the amount, the customer care said they will refund, i cancelled the product but my refund is not showing 50 times i called the customer but the number is not reached the company is not good if the product is not available then why they give such offers and if the customer already paid the amount then how you deal.                                     I have ordered the towel set from homeshop 18 on 16 July, 2019 but till now order is not received.
                                    Status is still showing delayed, send me my order as soon as possible otherwise I'll have to complain the consumer forum as ur customer care number is not working.

                                      Money still not received amount rs. 999 for order id is : [protected]and if i am calling their contact number i am getting message "no one is there to attend your calls.
                                      No body is replying my emails and messages...
                                      Kindly let me know if you guys are not going to return my money i shall opt for solution what should be done... This is very upsetting that someone can do such a fraud...

                                      Money still not received...inspite of so many complaints you guys are least bother to do so...just asking for apology and excuse but not transferring my amount...what is your ppl problem...why you keeping people's money...why don't you just transfer the amount the close matter

                                        I had placed earlier complain also regarding this company but still no refund, staff is not ready to talk to me.. Where is my money (Rs999), its been 10 days but no refund from your side... Incase if amount doesnt reflect in my account in next 24 hours i will be forced to file police complaint for cheating and fraud and money extorting.
                                        Your product is already been picked from my house on 2nd july. By expressbee, awb:[protected]... Collected by deepak patil...

                                        my Orderr ID : [protected]...I had asked for refund as product I ordered was not available...kindly read my earlier xomplai so you can reply appropriately as it refund of amount and not replacement as your people told me product isn't available so.they sent me product of lower amount on your website...I have already lodged online police complaint regarding your people for not replying and responding to my calls...Ias it's not matter of 1000 rupees it's how you people cheat n fruad
