Refund coupon no. Cpespe65615 valid till 05.11.2019 for order no.[protected] for rs.999/-. Not able to place order online. All contact numbers not working. How do i get refund?

I had placed order for printed leggingss xxl but they sent xl/xxl. So i returned it. They gave me refund coupon. But ithey are not taking when i apply the code online. Cant contact on phone as none of the njmbers are working. Please help me get the refund

I ordered nirlon ceramic cookware set 6piece on 22 sept 2019 in homeshop18 app. During payment transaction got failed but account debited. So tried 2nd time this time ordered status is paid with order id.[protected]. But still shows to be verified. Estimated delivery date 1/10/19 still not received. Amount debited twice from account. Custcare no iswaste

Order id: [protected], Sub-Order id:[protected]. I had ordered above mentioned product on 4th Sep 2019 and had made the payment of Rs.699/-, but yet neither the product has been delivered nor refund has been done. Its It's been a month and there is no response on the same. Even I have not received any update from the call center providing status of the product. I tried calling the call center but it's always engaged. I even mailed at [protected]@homeshop18.com but no response from there as well.

Please look into this and respond on priority

I purchased a soft kite cushion and it was to be delivered by 2nd september 19 but till date i have not received.

I went on the site to cancel but the site says everytime, try later.

It's a hoax. Please help in getting back my refund.

The are so unprofessional as after sending them so many mails asking for the delivery status. I got no answer from their side.

This is cheating virtually. A very bad experience.

I ordered on 26 sep and by today also i didn't get any message or mail regarding the product... Customer care nos are also not connecting to whom i should get in touch with... On website still the status is to be verified.. I am unable to cancel the product too everytime a pop up coming that we are unable to cancel ur product plz try again.. Pathetic service... Highly not recommended..

Initially i have ordered on 16th june 2019 for 42 pc living room decor set by gulmohar designs-blue. Later on july 8, 2019 got a mail from [protected]@homeshop18.com saying that my order has been cancelled since they were not able to deliver product due to courier related issues and to expect a refund of money. Till now i have not received any refund. Again i placed one more order [protected] on 15th of august 2019 and it is supposed to be delivered by 22 days from the date of order. I did not get the product till now and status still shown as "order to be verified". Tried calling all the toll free numbers and customer care numbers listed in the site. None of the numbers are working. Sent mails to [protected]@homeshop18.com to get the status of my refund and the products. But no response for mails too... I am worried about my money. Please resolve this complaint as early as possible.

I ordered the towel set of 3 colours maroon-blue-orange from homeshop18 on 28th of august 2019 and it was about to deliver in 12 working days. It was a prepaid order. And now its 22 nd of september and i haven't received it yet. Even the calls are barred from the website and also no reponse for emails. Please sort out this problem as soon as possible.

Its been more than 10 days now, they have not shipped the order. I tried to call all their customer care numbers including[protected],[protected], but either the number is invalid or not available. I even sent a mail to [protected]@homeshop18.com but no response.

They should either ship the product or refund my money.

I have placed an order from hs18 on 23rd june but they send defective products so i returned it on 28june 2019. Since then they are not sending replacement neither they refunded my money. They said we have initiated ur refund and sent confirmation mail to you but i didn't get any mail. It's been more than 2 months now their all contact numbers are off or they are not taking my calls. They used to say thet give us 2 days give us 2 days but not refunded my money. My order id is [protected] sub order id[protected]. Order worth rs. 999.

Maine ikall k8 4g mobile liya tha. 1 month bhi achese nhi chala ye mobile. Maine gold order kiya tha lekin mujhe blue de diya. Blue achese nhi chala to maine homeshop 18 ko repairing ke liye diya. Repairing ke badme mujhe blue ke jagah gold diya gaya. Ye mobile achese nhi chala. Abhi bhi nhi chal raha hai. Ye ikall phone bekar phone hai. Maine fhir se complaint kiya lekin homeshop18 valo ne response nhi diya. Mujhe mera mobile repair karke chahiye. Varna main viral kar dunga ki homeshop18 bekar mobile deta hai.

Your phone is barrd. You commit me that refund of my order id :- [protected], date:- 15/06/2019, amount rs. 1020/- within 08/08/2019. But after that your phone is barrd.

If amount of rs. 1020/- will not reflect in my account then, i will take another action which will not fruitful.

So again i request you to please release my payment as early as possible.

I have returned a product and they have provided me a coupon as a refund amount. When I am using that coupon code to place new order, the order gets cancelled automatically after few days. On contacting customer care they people say that money has been refunded in bank but there is no such thing, money has been refunded. Even now they are not responding to calls and emails .

What kind of redressal system that is this being followed by homeshop18. I have been calling and messaging since last month and there are no replies and reverts for the call back requests.

I have placed my order on 27th july 2019 and i have made online payment the amount is taken from my bank account... After 20 days the order was not reached to me so i have cancelled my order on 15th august 2019 till i didn't got the refund amount of rupees 1899 the costomer care is not picking the call... And the call is not getting connected all the numbers of costomer care is not getting connected...

I ordered one wounderchef grinder on 15th of june. But it's was cancelled for refund from company hs18 due to product not available. But up to now i did not receive the amount of rs 2499 which i was paid through hdfc credit card. I raised the complaint also and they said that no need to worry it will be solved within 7-8 days. This communication happen on around july last week. But after that when i tried that complaint number it was ringing but no one receiving the call.

I have placed an order on 15th june 2019, i dont know why the order was cancelled from their side. But i still didn't get my refund amount.

I have already complained many times on the complain number but still did not receive my money back.

Now they are not receving call on complaint number and not replying to my emails.

The product cost is 1599 inr

They are totally fraud, i want my money back.

I have ordered a combo product 29 july 2019. My order no. Is [protected]. Since the order was running late i cancelled it but i did not get refund. There site is showing status cancelled for refund but nothing is done. I have sent many emails to them but they are not replying not picking up customer care number. There order taking number is working very well and when i call that number for complaint they ask to call customer care number which they never pick up. I am a 61 year old man who ordered this combo for my daughter and lost my money with this fake site. Plz help me. I have made payment through mobiwik. All details attached

I am parvati and i am your regular customer. But now i am facing a problem and i can't believe that it is you. The matter is that my sister (Kamal pathak) had purchased a bedsheet combo for 1300 (Order no.[protected]) but when she recieved it, she didn't like its stuff. So she had returned it and you sent her a shopping coupon cmpq7jt575m valid till 19.11.19. After that she told me to do some shopping with this coupon. So i ordered two night suits and a shirt from this coupon but you sent me only one night suit (Boosah women's satin night suit purple - l) and after that your customer executive told me that my order is cancelled by the seller so now i have to place my order again but when my sister called him again he told her that her order is only for a shirt for rs.500.
It is very strange that your traders and sellers are cheating your customers and you r doing nothing.
I want my money or the ordered products nothing else. Plz manage and solve this matter.
