[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Damaged product delivered | |
Dear Sir, I have ordered for an Intex DVD player with 5.1 home theater system from Home Shop 18. The product got delivered to me after around 10 working days of booking and that too one of the speakers was in broken condition. I have also launched complaints to the Home Shop 18 regarding this so many times. But the response time was too late and not satisfactory. They have asked me to pack the damaged speaker and call their courier partner TNT to get the package collected from my place. But we have called twice to the courier people but not body from them have come to collect the product. Home Shop 18 — 1 no. box 1.8L IS CRACK
I have purchased a lock & lock set of 8 containers, my order no[protected] &Item received on 7.04.10 & paid cash on delivery. After opening the box 1 container 1.8L found crack & intimated to call center & complain no. 4135760 dt 7.04.10. no action yet to taken64%
