Sir / Madam, With reference to attached Invoice Reference No.[protected]CASH ON DELIVERY) has been delivered on last Sunday. This is to inform you that in parcel three items were found defected and same reported to your customer care executive on same day i.e. Sunday 1.09.2013. Still these items are not replace yet from your side beside several reminders / complaints were registered on daily basis on your customer care numbers . We have one of your old customer and we purchased many items from your net mobile Homeshop 18 but this time we feel very harassment & not happy with delivered items.
