Homeshop18 — False Promises of Homeshop18 | |
Hi,
I booked my Order No.[protected] on 20th August 2013 and paid advance payment. When I checked the expected delivery date, Site showed me 3 working days. I called customer care on 22nd August, he told me that order has been shipped but order was shipped on 23rd August. I once again called on different dated; I got the same reply that I had to wait for one more day for delivery.
Finally I called courier company Bule Dart, they told me that I had to collect my package from their office after paying Rs.20 as Octroi whereas Price of the order was including all taxes.
When I called Homeshop18 to cancel my order, Person attended the call had assured me that order has been cancelled but actually order was not cancelled. Order was cancelled after two calls when I demanded the name of Customer care executive Name and Employee Id
My Question is why they did not verify the terms of state while dispatching the order and why this company thinks that Customer is foolish.
My experience with Flipkart is so good they are so professionally and deliver the order within One or Max two days.
I did not check the service rating of Homeshop18 which is utterly low and most of the customer are unsatisfied.
