[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Fraud Shipment | |||
This is with reference to order no.[protected]. I have ordered an emergency light BPL L1000 on 4 Oct 2013. Parcel was delivered to me after 12 days. When the Parcel was opened, we found a piece of stone there instead of Emergency light. i.e Emergency Light was replaced with a piece of stone. I have sent them mail multiple time but they are not responding at all. Such illegal and inhuman practices by homeshop18 cannot be tolerated. I have attached the images of stone sent by homeshop18 and the invoice. Please resolve the issue before it moved to Consumer Court and police complain. Was this information helpful? | |||
