[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Defective product delivered and no action to closure | |||
Regarding order#:[protected] Ref #: 66407677/66408025/66438295 We have received defective product 'Hand Blender' on arrival. We have report this at customer care and requested for arranging collection fo defective product and sending defective free product at shipping address. (Compl #:[protected]. We are still waiting for call from homeshop 18 to collect the defective product. No call/sms/email sent to us informing the status of the request and we are left alone to survive with defective product Today when I called them they again started from scratch and started asking me to arrnage shippment back to HomeShope18. I am quite disappointed with the services offered by them This is not my fault that I have got defective product. Since product is defective, it is Hmeshop18 responsibility to arrange a pick from shipping address and deliver defective free product. From las saturday till now I have approached them 6 times to know the status but haven;t got any updates and I always get a future date. After this, I have placed request for cancellation of the order. So I am informed that to track the status I need to followup with them.. What kind of services HmeShop18 is offering.. This is second bad experience in the sequence (Previously it was Spice Mobile which we got delivered to Chennai .. order was placed through [protected]) with them where in their delivered defective products and then we need to chase them to either replace or cancel the order. Please help in cancellation of the order and getting amount credited in the credit card Was this information helpful? | |||
