[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — no refund & not solve the problem

Hello sir I m Narender from karnal , hry . I purchase
Mob spice mi 502 from h s 18 . I recived my mob . On
Order no [protected] on date 09/09/13 . On same date
I complaint on hs the mob memory useable on 147 mb
But on tv add he say 512 mb memory . My complaint no 84959291
& also headphone r defective one speaker not work .I complaint
Again on same day. But tiil date 11/10/13 not slove my
Compalint or no refund . I contect many time in h s 18
In mob.& also email . But no presponse .plz sir slove the issue
