order no.[protected] Product detail: 18712494 Book ISBN#:[protected] Book Title : Tarot in the Spirit of Life {with 22 Pucnh-out Cards} I ordered, prepaid order, the above book on 6th September 2013 with a delivery promise of 7 working days, but there was no news then I sent e mail to the custer server till today i have not received any reply, SUCH A CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!! Today I received the book but without the card. thereofre i want to return the book i have not opened the pack of the book. Since Homeshop18.com Customer Service is not responding I need your help in returning the book and getting the refund. Please inform the management of homeshop18.com to take training from Flipkart.com, about their order management, their response.....everything. If homeshop18.com cannot serve the custer as good as Flipkart.com force them to close their company. Expecitng immediate answer. Thanks Jyothishmathi
