[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Phone not delivered - Nokia lumia 520

I have booked Nokia lumia 520 on 9th August - 2013. The order was placed and it was communicated the phone will be delivered before 15th-August. But the same did not happed later i was told stating the phone is on exchange offer, since there was no phone from my end available for exchange they cancelled my order. When i checked in the website the status was not cancelled. In the mean time money was deducted from my Account. After mulitiple follow ups after 13 days,on 30th august i was told my order is cancelled. I dont have any clue on my money which got deducted and i dont get any proper response for the same that when i will get back my money.
