Homeshop18 — Product not Delivered and Wrong Information | |||
Hi, This is to know the status update of the order placed on 19th Nov 2012 with Home shop18 with order no[protected] and Suborder No[protected] As the website says that the order has been shipped on 23rd Nov 2012 but till date i havent received my order and any update from homeshop18 as the AWB provided to me for the order with Om Logistics (Courier Service) is wrong and courier vendor is also not able to track the order as no details are with them. so wanted to know to current status of the order and shipment. On 1st December have contacted Mr. Paramdeep Sigh (TL, Customer care), he assured to reply back in half an hour but till time there is no response. Its looking like that i have made a mistake by placing a order with Homeshop18 and regret for my decision. I have heard from people and websites that homeshop18 makes a fraud and deosnt send the correct order to customers. you can also have a look at the order which says the delivery time is 6-7 working days but till date 12 working days have passed away and there is no reply from homeshop18. beacause i have made a payment already. so please return my money on ASAP mode if your company cannt provide me my order.
