Homeshop18 — non-delivery of the material | |||
I have placed a purchase order no-[protected] for a Panasonic home theater on 22/08/2010 on homeshop18 and paid the company full in advance(Rs12000/-) through my credit card. The company promised me to deliver my material shortly. I got to know from company that they have dispatched the product on 04/09/2010 and promised to get me it in a maximum 72 hours of working days, but today it is 11 days since they have claimed to have dispatched the product and I have not yet got it. After the expiry of 72 hours I have been constantly reminding them of the non-delivery of the product. But they have turned a blind eye to my problem. Everyday they say that I will get in next 48 hours. I have asked them for refund also, but they say that until product gets back to them they can not refund the money.They also registered a complaint of mine-no[protected]. which they have not answered satisfactorily. please help me get my material or my money thanking you mahtab ahmad khan e-mail: [protected]@yahoo.com phone no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
