[Resolved] Honda Activa Two Wheeler — MAINTENANCE PROBLEM | |
I have purchase Honda, Activa in the month of March 2008 from Bokaro Steel City but unfortunately showroom shutdown within two days. Even i cann't avail the facility of single servicing of Activa. Now a days am still facing day to day problem like starting problem, change of mobil oil etc. You are requested to provide the facility of customer to avail maintenance atleast once in a week by sending rep. I agree with the views of customer since the facility has been debarred by the Honda company.

My star city 100 cc bike has a problem of bang sound from the silencer. This occurs often when I ride single more than 15 kms or doubles more than 8 kms or less. This bang sound causes uneasiness to me. Could anybody of you give a solution for the same?
HONDA ACTIVA TWO WHEELER — Poor service
Dear Sir,I am S.Palaniappan[protected] from Madurai and have given my Honda Activa (TN59AQ 9621) for service in Lakshmi Honda, Madurai on 8th July 2011 to solve starting problem. My delivery date was 11th July 2011, but when I went there, they said to solve battery problem, it will take another 15 to 20 days. Till then I have to use this vehicle without battery (self start) and using only kicker to start my vehicle, kicker also not working properly even they cant solve this problem also.
I had very bad and worst experience in Lakshmi Honda, Plot No.47/2c2, Theni Road, Kochadai, Madurai 625 016. Ph:[protected], no proper service from them. I cant do my regular work freely without my vehicle. It gives a lot o[censored]nwanted mental pressure to me.
I have bought this vehicle December 2010, but I got my service book one week before only. I can avail free service for one year also.
Herewith I have enclosed all my documents for kind consideration, I am expecting you to solve this problem at the earliest.
