Honda Activa Two Wheeler — price variation

I wish to purchase a honda active 5g standard and enquired price at a show room in pudukkottai and they quoted the price as 76000 which include cost of the vehicle, rto, insurance, accessories and amc. But the actual price of the vehicle is rs.53000- they include rs.6700 as accessories and rs.2600 as amc and they insisted that they will sold the vehicle only with accessories. This type of system prevailing in all the honda two wheeler showrooms and not in bajaj or tvs. Is that compulsory for me to purchase accessories. Why not the company provide the vehicle with accessories?
