Honda — service delay | |
dear sir i bought my honda active from the dealer muthoot, mamangalam, cochin. they have a seperate office for service also. whenever i go for free service booking they will give one date after two months period. if it a paid service they will give immediate date. but for free service they require 1.5 to 2 months time required minimum. How can i calculate my vehicles kilometer consumption after 2 months. if it is not servieced within the kilometer range instructed by u, i think it is harmful to vehicle. but they have options, they use to say that if the kilomter is covered as per instruction manual also we will do service. please take necessary actions sathyapal.P Was this information helpful? | |

I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH PRATUL SOMAJIGUDA FOR PAST 30 DAYS AND GOT NO RESPONSE.
THE VEHICLE IS GIVEN FOR REPAIR ON 02/05/11, INSURANCE CLEARENCE GIVEN ON 10/05/11.
TILL NOW THE STORE MANAGEMENT IS SAYING THAT STOCKS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
I AM CO-ORDINATING WITH MR. ASHOK (ACCIDENT INCHARGE), MR. MAHESH (CO-ORDINATOR), MR. MAHIDER (STOCKS PERSON) FOR STOCKS.
HAVING SUCH A HUGE BASE, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE OF NIL STOCKS FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING ON [protected] FOR PAST 10 DAYS AND NO ONE EVEN ANSWERS THE CALL.
