[Resolved] Honda — keep activa in service station after delivery date & fraud billing | |
Dear Sir, With regards, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased a honda activa from m/s Parasnath Automobiles, G.T.Road Panipat (HR)132103 & phone number is[protected]. I gave my activa for service on 29/5/09 and honda people told that time that they will deliver the same scooter my evtold ening and appx ammont will be Rs-600 after having check in front of my office boy and my office boy also made urgency in front of honda people. But when my office boy went there for delivery they told him to come after an hour and after that when we called them they refused to give the delivery and when we make urgency they told us to call back. But wont get any call from them, and next mmorning I got a call frm honda people they said some problem in your front soccer and then again they call me some more problem in back stapen. so now i want to know how ca they keep my scooter in workshoop after the commected time of delivery and then who will be responsible for the damage that they are saying for front soccer and back stapeny even theh had checked everything in front of my office guy and told him total charges of rs- 600. so kindly look into the matter urgently because now i wont be going into your service station for delivery because your people are on fault and why should a customer ill face all the problem and harresment. With regards, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased a honda activa from GRACE AUTOMOBILES, VELLAVOOR Jn, CHENGANNUR[protected] in Year 2004.
Last month (May) there was some problem and it break down in between place. Then i went to the showroom and told that my activa had stop in between so please go and see wahat is the problem .But they told no we can't come because there isa lot of work here we can't sent anybody .you beter check at garage, they will check and make it start after that u bring here.I told ok and went and brought the activa in three wheeler and gave to service station(grace automobiles)They told that it will take 2 to 4 days to repair.I told ok.Then after one week they phoned and told it is repaired and bill is 2900/- when i ask them they told that its actual chares of spares and all. And they bill eas like this
SPARE SALE BILL
KIT VALVE SET 1NOS 363.00
HEAD COMP CYLINDER 1NO 1670.00
GASKET HEAS COVER 1NO 50.00
16201 GASKET CARB 1NO 15.00
TOTAL[protected][protected]
On back of the bill they wrote this way
SPARES-2103.00
W/SHOP CHARGES:600 (FOR THIS SEPARTE BILL WAS THER(SERVICE BILL)
VALVETING (OUTSIDE):200.00
All around total amount is 2903.00
When i enquiry about this in various showroom they had cheat you .They had charged high labour charge

Honda — FRAUD BILLING
Dear sir/madam,This is to inform you that i am the customer of Airtel from last 5 years and with the same no. today i had recieved the bill for my post paid no.amount Rs 3135.29, But by going through the detail sheet i had found that the bill which is generated in that bill it is showing that i had done 460 sms worth Rs 704 in one day but in my knowledge i had not done single sms so kindly go through this and pls take care in this account and revert back immediatly with result and in the mean time i will check my previous bills there might be chances that this is the problem with another bills also.
