Honda — Poor Service & Misbehave

I've visited Sai Point Automobile Pvt. Ltd ( Mira Road - Thane - Maharashtra), Shop no 1, Dream Park.
- The Locking system was not functional after servicing, when informed the mechanic replied to contact the person who installed the locking system in bike.
- Even after denying oil change does not require they insist for the same or else they won't accept bike for servicing.
- The key give alongwith keychen was halfly damaged & was glued with the help of Chewing-Gum while returning back.

I should say it was my first experience & would be my last experience as i would never visit any honda service station.

Honda Activa — poor service and misbehave

I purchase honda activa in year 2007. i am regular customer of your products. i am not satisfied with my honda activa service. The dealer of Sai Automobile Yamuanagar in Harynana is very careless with their customer., y complaint is that i am not satisfied with their service and the attitude of foreman named Khan, i paid Rs 566 for service+ leather. mechanic didn't pay attention on my honda activa service named Anil, foreman didn't take try of my honda activa.
i gave my honda activa 9am and they backed at 3pm, and between this time mechanic take charge of another honda shine. i also feel bad with the bad behaviour of fore Mr. khan. they waste my 4 hours.
PROBLEMS AFTER SERVICXE I FACE:
1. Aerage is very low below 35km
2. Back wheel is not working well.
3. Tey don't changed engine oil even i gave him new packet
4. i am facing problem in back wheel
5. they didn't take washing
6. foreman don't take try
7. oil leakge
8. poor customer service

i am facing lot of problems with my honda activa after service. so i want answer in one week about my honda activa.
I pUrchased ma new activa in 2007 and in one year there i am suffering frm so many problems in the last 2 years i have given ma vechile upto 13 times for servicing but after that also there are no change in ma vechile it seems that they r just taking our moneY for free.
this fcKing Honda active centre in jabalpur is too baD.they never change my vechiles engine oiL
after servicing also i have faced many problems like:-
1. LESS AVERAGE
2. LOTS oF NOISE(ENGINE)
3.VECHILE ALSO MAGING NOISE
4. THAT BACK WHEEL IS RIDICULOUS
5 . FCING DAMN BREAKS
Unsatisfied Service By the Dealer V.D.Honda, Dwarka
Dear Sir,
As i m one of the unfortunate buyer of the Honda activa scooty. This is regarding my newly purchased Honda activa scooty which i bought on 12th October 2009 from your Dwarka Dealer (V.D.HONDA).
From very beginning am facing some problems in normal operation of the scooter...like making noice while moving and handle bar . I have concerned to the service manager & supervisor while the first service and according to them its a common technical problem in the new models & not found in old models & it can not be repaired. Am not happy to hear all these things and want my scooter fully repaired upto my full satisfaction or else change the whole unit.
As first the told me to purchase the accessories from them, if i will not purchase it we cant buy scooty it is order by the company & its our policy.Mr.VARUN GUPTA dnt now how to speak with the customers they are very rude same as there Executives, sales boy Rahul.
Kindly look into the matter and provide assistance to me and to your dealer...without which i may have to go to consumer forum.I request you to take serious action towards V.D.Honda as they are many customers who are facing problems.
