Dear Sir,

I would like to attend your attention regarding your poor servicing and guidlines at your aurangabad, maharashtra, service station.

I am suffering the starting problems since last three months and after the several inspection of my vehicle in your concern or authorized service station, problem not solved yet.

What is happening????

My vechicle details is given below:

ENGINE No:- 8505554
Dealer Code:- MH-060001

So, please guide me and solve my problem as soon as possible. Because this vehicle is used by my mother.

    Hi,
    I have Hero Honda Splender+ which i purchased from Prakash Motors, Bangalore.
    As i feel that getting service done from hero honda service center is better than getting it done
    from some private service stations.
    But i have experienced problem always related to time and the quality of service.

    6 months back i complaint to the person named Ravindra (which is manager )regarding the time taken more then the
    promised one. Because they took 2 extra hours then the promised one. But he answered that its ok, 1-2 hours
    deviation in the promised time is fine.

    Today, i called to service center at 5.00 PM and they asked that it will take another 1/2 an hour and i can come at
    5.:30, but till 6:45 my bike was not ready. Even i was pushing them to do the service.

    And the biggest problem was that they did not wash it before the service and were claiming that its already done.
    When i confimed with the technician he checked and told that washing is not done.
    Without washing they were ready to give delivery of my bike.
    I complaint it to the supervisior of the service ( Suresh and Srinivas) but i got all the silly reasons.
    I even checked with Ravindra(who i think is the manager of the Prakash Motors) and his answer was also
    not satisfactory.
    Something need to be done urgently and their process needs a checklist before delivery a vehichle.

    Another important thing that customer take hell lot of pain to come to the service center for the service
    and they are required to wait for 1 - 2 hours even after the confirmation.

    I brought a new splender plus bike( ) one year before.The silencer of my bike is not working properly. when i complained about it to the dealer he asked me for money but my bike is still under warranty. I brought this bike from honda automobiles, jaunpur (U.P).on the name of my mother i.e. premkumari rai. please take some action on it or suggest some method for it. its urgent.

      SIR, REPEATEDLY I AM COMPLAINING BECAUSE OF THE FOLLWING MATTER


      MY SELF AMARENDRA HARICHANDAN THE OWNER OF A HONDA SHINE BIKE.THE MATTER IS THAT THE BIKE IS HAVING NO. OF PROBLEMS .IF THESE PROBLEMS WILL ARISE WITHIN ONE YEAR, IN FACT HAD ARISED WITHIN ONE MONTH THEN YOU TELL ME WHAT WILL BE THE LONGIVITY OF THIS BIKE AND WHAT ABOUT COSTMER’S SATISFACTION AND WHAT ABOUT THE VALUE OF MY MONEY THAT I HAVE SPENT FOR PURCHASING THIS BIKE.WHEN (IN 2ND SERVICE) I COMPLAINED THE PROBLEM THAT HAD ARISED DURING THAT PERIOD, THEY JUST COLOURED THAT(PROBLEM WAS CHAINCOVER &FEW PATCHES OF CHASIS GOT RUSTED) PORTION AND AFTER A FEW MONTH LATER I FIND SAME PROBLEM. SIR U TELL ME I[censored] R THE OWNER OF THIS BIKE THEN WHAT WOULD BE YOUR REACTION AFTER THIS CURRENT SOLUTION. AGAIN THEY ARE SAYING ME TO BRING MY BIKE TO THE SHOWROOM SO THAT THEY WILL COLOUR THE ROSTED PATCH OF CHASIS. IF THIS IS THE SOLUTION THEN NO NEED FOR COMPLAIN.BECAUSE I CAN DO THIS IN MY HOME. SO WHY I AM REPEATEDLY GOING TO SHOWROOM EXPENDING LOTS OF MONEY & IF YOU MANAGE PROBLEMS IN THIS WAY THEN THINK WHAT WILL BE THE REACTION & IMPRESSION OF THE COSTMER FOR YOUR COMPANY.
      ANOTHER THING IS THAT IF THERE IS ANY GUARRANTY FOR COLOURED PARTS THAT WILL NOT BE RUSTED IN FUTURE SHORTLY.AGAIN IF WITHIN ONE YEAR YOU’ R NOT OFFERING PROPER SOLUTION THEN AFTER A FEW MONTH WE BECOME UNKNOWN FOR U.SO PLEASE CHANGE THE RUSTED PART WITHOUT COLOURING IT.

        i pranshu garg want to complain obout rithala service station i have given my activa to them for service and reaparing and they broke my rear view mirror and said lie that it was like this only but when enquired it was to be that they have replaced and the mechenic even confess but i did not get the replacement of the mirror and the service even was too poor that my activa is not working properly and i have told that my activa is giving very low average so they said filter would be replace but after replacement of air filter even my aciva insteed of giving more millage have became less drastically and i want urgent solution for further contact undersigned

          I have purchased my bike(Herohonda Glamour) in Jan 20 from TARUN MOTERS, Bangalore located at Rammurty Nagar. It came with Sports wheel instade of normal cast wheel.
          But now due to inproper fitting my rear wheel is creating sound. When i chaecked i found something broken inside Berak pannel. For that i need to change whole wheel. So mechanic from tarun moters told me that i should change both the wheel.
          But thay asked me to pay for that.
          After discussion with MD, Tarun Moters thay agree to change that without paying.
          But from last 2 week are keep on draging me by saying that parts are not available.
          Can some one help me how to complain to Herohonda regarding this.

          I m Nadeem Ahmad, I purchased a Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme (Black New) on 11th of January 09 form Vasant Automobiles, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad. (U.P.).

          Now i m facing a big problem in my bike which is colour defect problem, now so many red colour spot came on fuel tank, and some on other parts. On 7th of June i was submitted my complaint in Vasant Automobiles, Yesterday(24.06.09) one of your service engineer Mr. Rohit Nigam came to Vasant Automobiles & he saw my bike then he told me that it is not manufacturing defect, i want to know if it is not manufacturing defect then wthat is this, why it is being defect of colour on my bike, Mr. Rohit Nigam is not able for the post of Service Engineer/Inspection Engineer/Observer according to me, because he told me that it is other colour from above side, then i told him that i[censored] r right then prove it that it red colour spots are from above side & then Mr. Rohit Nigam was quite. Company is responsible for it & Now I want replacement of some these parts which is defected.
          In this regard your earliest action will be highly appreciate.

            Dear viewers i brought a honda activa from citi honda lingarajapuram hrbr layout bangalore but i am repenting why i brought it they tell you free service but when you take it to them they charge you money for oil and extra lubrication for smooth running but these fraudsters they cheat u like hell please after the service please open the oil cap and please check weather they is oil inside or not before leaving and please do not buy any extra Assoceries like seat cover or crash guard because it is much cheeper in the market they sell it very costly inside the show room i had given it for free service twice once at hrbr layout and once at lingarajpuram bangalore but these people they never did not do any thing except washing the veichle my went under a toss in two months thanks to my mechinic whom i showed and when he open the oil cap and saw i was shocked to see no oil inside atall and when he drained the oil and saw it was fully black if i had left it for more time my veichle would have ceased so please i request you to please take legal action against the service centre people and please check before leaving and another advice is please do not go to the hond activa autharised service station for free service instead please go to any mechinic he will do a better job then they people

            I have Honda Activa I purchase it from Eternal Motors, Bhavnagar, Saurashtra, Gujarat. I given my Honda Activa for the Repairing it on[protected] at Eternal Motors' work shop, Bhavnagar.Saurashtra, Gujarat, and commitment was given back my vehicle after 1 week it means about 03/12 or 04/12/2011, but till on date I did'nt got my vehicle and they told me that we have no spare parts with us,

            Please do the needful for that.

              Respected sir,

              I bought my Hero Honda Passion Plus motorcycle on 21 august 2008 engine no 07D08M44297 and chassis no 07D09C33864 from Byke Point an ARD of Mark Motors, Near Railway Gate, Perinthalmanna, Kerala. 5 Free services where completed after the third service i came to notice a whistling sound from the engine so i took my bike to the authorized service center they checked it and said its not a big problem the sound is from the fuel re-burning tube but am not getting the sound always. Now 5 free services where completed but still am getting the same sound from the engine so please give the necessary solution for this.

              For the compliant that is given above problem, for the engine no 07D08M44297 and chassis no 07D09C33864 has been successfully cleared entire crank set, piston and cylider, fly wheel etc has been changed and am under observation for my motorcycle and now am not getting the whistling sound. Really am using this occasion to Thank HERO HONDA For The service that they carried out especially to the Service Person of BEST MOTORS Malappuram Mr. BINEESH. But am not satisfied with the service that i got From Manjeri BYKE POINT so kindly i request you to keep an eye on them, any way really am thanking once again HERO HONDA...

              Hero Honda Passion Plus — a noise in the engine

              i have purchased a passion plus in the year 2009.now it has a noise from the engine.i have complained in the autherised service centre at thalassery twice.they bought more money but no result.now the sound is increasing day by day.what can i do.

                Hi,

                I have given my bike for servicing at BHANU Automobiles authorized dealer, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. It is very poor service. I decided myself not to give bike for servicing at BHANU. and they charged Rs.40 for Kirosine for washing and some other charges. Before giving serviceing my bike was very good, after service some sounds are coming from engine, i asked for that, no body replaid with proper answer. so to whom i have to ask...

                Please take serious action otherwise no body will trust the authorized dealars.

                I am raju from hyderabad Last month I have giving my old Hero Honda splender for a repair service at one of your showroom in Habsiguda. (Phoneix Motors). As the vehicle was not a in good condition I was giving a estimation of rupees 10, 000. I have agreed for it and the bike was repaired and I also paid up all the bills. However to my suprise many of the parts which was said to be changed were not changed and the bike is still giving some problems. I once again went to the service centre and asked them about this and they have opened the bike and showed that the parts were not changed. And now they want me to put the bike at the service centre for another 2 days to change the parts.

                As this is a failure with autohorised Hero Honda service centre I want to put up a strong complaint against the management of this partciular service centre and see to that proper work is done with my vehicle service. The below are the particulars of the bike and the service bills numbers.

                I am vikesh from jalandhar. i gave my bike for service at jaswant motors, Jalandhar on 7th Aug. 2009. when i took delivery for my motorcycle seat lock was out of order, which was very much OK when i gave for service to JASWANT MOTORS. When i told for this problem to JASWANT MOTORS they denied to accept their fault. Can HERO HONDA help me for this problem. If my problem hasnt been solved, i will go to consumer court.

                Hi I have given my Hero honda passion plus for repairing at Lakshmi motors, Chintalkunta, Vanastalipuram Hyderabad 2 months ago complain was low pickup. The authorised service dealer estimated me for Rs.8000/- for replacing bore and pistine and I agreed for the same. They replaced and repaired but the problem was even became worse. They said it will be rectified in first service at 700kms and they did so but not improved. when I brought 2nd service after 2500 kms and they damaged other parts in the engine. Now the situation is the bike cannot repair at any centre.

                Please take action against the centre.

                All are money minded and nothing will happen by posting here... So why do you waste time guys...?

                Get any product in india and enjoy the benefits till its getting damaged completely. Servicing is useless here... I have worst experience than all these...

                  I have purchased honda Activa on[protected]. From the next week onwards the scooter is not starting on battery regularly. I used to start it by kicking. Thereafter it will start on battery. While keeping the vehicle idle for more than 3 hours again it will not start on self. Now two free service is over, In each service I have pointed out the complaint but not ractified it. Is it a battery problem?

                  I have purchased the Honda Activa on 5th February from your dealer in Thane, regret that from the very next day there is starting problem. For a few day pullling the choke solved the problem and now even the choke does not start the scooter. I have to kick start and that too for a long time.

                  Please look into this matter as the vehicle is brand new and incase this problem persist please arrange to replace it for a new one.
                  I have purchased the Honda Activa from your dealer in Barnala, regret that from the very next day there is starting problem. For a few day pullling the choke solved the problem and now even the choke does not start the scooter. I have to kick start and that too for a long time.
                  The battery of Honda Activa was given before diwali which was not replace yet.I
                  Please look into this matter as the vehicle is battery new and incase this problem persist please arrange to replace it for a new one.

                    i am bajaj customer from last ten yrs now i have changed the product and i purchased hero honda hunk on[protected]cash)from R.K automobile shahdara delhi.
                    The service which i got from rk automobile was very bad, i reached there at 1pm & they delivered me the bike on 6:30 pm
                    now i am facing average & pick up problem from the day one & some ratling noise is coming from front side.


                    please look into this matter & i hope to get resolve my problem as earliest as possible.

                      I would like to bring your attention to some bitter experiences I met with your dealer EVM (Honda) Automobiles, S.A.Road, Vyttila, Ernakulam, Kerala State.
                      It says “Customer is the King”; in these days customers are treated as not kings but emperors. But at the dealer EVM (Honda) Automobiles, S.A.Road, Vyttila, Ernakulam the customer may simply feel he is just an unwanted creature and at their mercy!
                      On 02.09.2008 myself with my friend visited the said dealer of Honda to purchase a Honda Activa, the most sought after two wheeler of its kind. I had a plan to gift the same to my wife as a gift on 04.09.2008 as it was the anniversary of our engagement. The supervisory staff was not cordial or friendly to give sufficient information on the vehicles. I hope you know better that ' yes or no replies' has no role in sales and marketing divisions. Interestingly, the Show room in charge was busy with the Computer games!!!
                      Later on 04.09.2008, along with my wife, I visited the dealer show room and on an enquiry with the desk I was reported that I have to wait three to four weeks to get it delivered even on full ready-cash payment. I was rather surprised that these days it is not much difficult to have spot delivery of a vehicle at many centers. The full ready cash payment option did not make a change on the attitude of the staff there.

                      As I was to proceed to another shop, telling them the same, one female staff rushed to me and requested me to wait for another few minutes. She came with a suggestion that the vehicle put on display can made available provided I am willing to buy all the extra fittings on that, with an extra cost obviously. As it was a time bound thing for me, to have the vehicle at the earliest, it was agreed. We paid the entire amount of Rs.49, 146/- in cash on the same day, 04.09.2008. ( Receipt No.7351). It was agreed by them that the delivery of the vehicle will be on the same day, in between 4 p.m to 6 p.m.
                      I am working in the High Court of Kerala. After the office hours, ie. 4.30 p.m., I rushed to the dealer show room and reached there by 5.40 p.m only to see the closed shutters of the delivery counter! On reminding their promise, to deliver the vehicle that day itself, the salesman present there made all efforts to get the same released. Surprisingly, the supervisory staffs were inactive, arrogant and adamant on not releasing the vehicle. They stated that the delivery closes at 5.30.p.m and vehicle can not be released. Apart from the non-release of vehicle, the thing hurting me more was the attitude shown by the staff. The way they replied was not in tune with that of a reputed company like Honda and a dealer like EVM Honda. The dealer did not bother to hand over the vehicle nor to give at the least an excuse for that. They did not make even an attempt to call me and enquire about my arrival on that day, before closing the delivery counter. On approaching the Show room in charge ( Mr.Deepu ), it was more embarrassing, that, this time he was not with computer games but Mobile phone games! And, no time to speak or hear me!!
                      Hope you understand the mental agony and embarrassment of a customer at that point. I could not fulfill my word just because of the idiotic and irresponsible behavior of the staff at the dealer shop. I really wonder how the management keeps such employees at the counters and what supervision is envisaged from such show room in charge! You may please enlighten me how to suggest that dealer to my friends or relatives who would like to buy a vehicle?! Staff of this kind not even sabotage the proprietor of the shop but also ransack the reputation of Honda.
                      In the interest of Customers and Company, these matters are to be verified and rectified. No customer should face with such embarrassing situations in any shops. Orientation of the staff and supervisors are to be broadened and make them known that customer friendly people only has place in the competitive markets. The mental agony and harassment I suffered and further more, the time and money I spent because of the negligent behaviour of the Staff, have to be compensated. Your earnest efforts to improve the environment of this dealership will be appreciated.

                      Authorised Dealer — Not Giving no bonus Claim

                      I bought One Swift Car No: DL2C AG 9570 in July 2007 from Competent Auto Mobiles, C.P., New Delhi. I submitted No Bonus Claim certificate for insurance at the time of purchase of car but they misplaced somewhere. Again I took duplicate NCB Certificate from insurance company and submitted to Mr. Baweja. He advised to submit it in true value office in Naraina with Mr. Khanna then I went there and submitted it. Since then I called so many times to Mr. Baweja and Mr. Khanna to give me refund of no bonus claim but they are not giving me any response. Please take it serious otherwise I will go to consumer court. Further I have small balance amount with Competent Auto Mobiles which is not paid by them till date.
                      i don agree cause i have a strong relayion with the dealer from begining and know each staff they are punctual.the thing may be some misunderstanding

                      he told me after one week you receive the claim amount but still date I have not received the claim amount.

                      So please do the needful at the earliest so customer in relax mood.

                      had booked a activa and before he could take delivery he got a over seas placement. as i was planning to
                      buy a activa i got the booking transferd to my name with the consent of the sales person mr. deepu.after
                      waiting for a month they informed me to remit the balance amount . when i went there to pay the balance amount, mr. deepu said they wont deliver the vehicle unless i buy the vehicle with all the accessories, for this i have to pay 2000 extra. when i said i am willing to cancel the booking this sales man told me that they wont refund the booking amount to me because the orginal booking was done by my friend and he has to come in person to get it.i was totally disappointed with my first experience with m/s EVM honda dealer in vytilla, kochi.

                      I agree 100% to this coment I booked a honda activa at EVM Kaimanam Trivandrum on 03/04/2009 and |Iam still awaiting the same this is rdiculous to wait for such a long time . At the time of booking they said it will take only 45 days all my friends who booked activa at Marikkar Motores tvm got it one month before . Today I visited the show room to pay full amount i paid the amount but they said that I should wait for another 20 days, The staff there behaves exacactly as if customer is an unwanted creature. I think you will do the needful so that i will get the same as early as possible . If they are not aware of how to behave give necessory classes so that customeres will feel more better

                      The fact of the case is that I, Mr. Gokuldas, booked on 14/12/2010
                      for a new Honda Activa Dlx. Scooter under Booking No. M-15313 by making
                      initial advance booking payment of Rs. 1000/- vide Receipt No.4094 at your
                      B.O: M/s. OM SAI AUTOWORLD, Mahim Causeway, Reti Bunder, Mahim(W),
                      Mumbai-400 016.

                      It was intimated by your B.O. staff at the booking time that
                      here will be only a waiting of 8 to 9 months from the date of booking.

                      However, now from the date of my booking, near about one year
                      passed, and I have been waiting & waiting, but, till date, delivery of the
                      vehicle have NOT been done by your B.O., even though full
                      payment for the vehicle of Rs. 52, 985/- has been made by me on
                      10/10/2011. Now, in addition, near about two months going to be
                      completed from the date of my making full payment, but till date
                      I have not received delivery of the vehicle.
                      When finally I visited the said show room for taking delivery of
                      the vehicle, one Ms. Kanchan assured that within 10th December’11
                      delivery of the vehicle will be made to me positively.

                      Now today i.e. 6/12/2011 from M/s. OM SAI AUTOWORLD
                      phone call came to me intimating that delivery of the vehicle
                      cannot be made within 10th December’ 2011.

                      Sir, one thing I would like to ask is that whether you are
                      manufacturing the most prestigious vehicle like Rolls Royce or the
                      most Indian demanded vehicle like Swift Desire? Even the Swift Desire
                      vehicle delivery does not take more that 9 months from the date of booking.
                      In my case for a gearless scooter I have been waiting for taking delivery
                      of the vehicle from about one year from the date of my booking!
                      This is really, really ridiculous!

                      I, therefore, finally request you to make delivery of the vehicle
                      immediately to avoid likely legal action to be taken against you like
                      for misleading, wasting of my time & money and also for the harassment
                      made to me by your Company.

                      Your Executives at the office are delivering all wrong information and do even know how to respect a customer. I does'nt mean that Activa has more demand and your executives speak the way they want to the customer.

                      On 28th of Oct'11 your Sales Executive Mr. Suresh of Prathul Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Kondapur approached Value Labs Office for sales of Honda Activa that would be delivered in 15 days. When my friend asked him that he doesn't need a vehicle but my friend requires it, the sales executive told my friend that no issue you can book during the delivery of the vehicle the name can be changed in the documents. After 21 days on 18 Nov'11 when we went to the showroom for collecting the vehicle, a new sales executive tells that no Sir in Temporary registration the name of the Owner who has booked the vehicle will be appearing and the name cannot be changed now later when going for permanent registration it can be changed which is totally a false statement. When we insisted that I want the name to be changed right from the beginning from temporary registration, he and we discussed with his sales manager and finally planned to change with new invoice but needed a clearance from his Branch Manager, Mr. Diwakar. Mr. Diwakar when contacted rejected it and told its not possible. When I and my friend went to discuss with that why his executives and misguided us, he asked me who are you and to go out of the showroom. When I was discussing with him very respectfully, he was simply asking me to go out of the showroom, instead of verifying when his executives have really misguided us. Doesn't this Great Branch Manager even know how to respect a Human or a Customer. Though I was respecting him he was still speaking in his own way and single point asking me to go out the showroom.
                      WHY does Honda recruit such who do not know how to respect a CUSTOMER?... What business will he make for Honda...?
                      WHY is Honda recruiting such a Manager who is spoiling the reputation of the Company ...?
                      I am too a vendor and know well that CUSTOMER IS GOD and HOW TO RESPECT A CUSTOMER.
                      This is the first time I met such a person and felt very embarrassed the way he spoke to me - How can any one ask a customer TO GO OUT OF THE SHOWROOM

                      Finally he told my friend to cancel his booking and asked me to book the vehicle and the same vehicle will be delivered in 2 days to me. This solution could have been provided coolly in the beginning only. But I have some Self Respect and didn't accept the vehicle and cancelled the booking. This is one loss of sale from one customer may be how many more in Future...

From the very next day after delivery the vehicle is not taking selfstart.when i press the self start buttom i can only hear armature rotating sound and the engine is silent at the time.I can only start my vehicle with kick start, some that kick start also not working properly. i took the vehicle to the showroom but they are saying that the battery may be down.i discussed this matter to a mechanic he is saying I'll change battery. But after 2/3 days when I'll start the vehicle the same problem arises. I always start kick start it's very difficult for me I am a lady customer so it's not possible for me every time kick start. It is very difficult for me to ride the vehicle in town when start in the meddle of the road very embrassing. Now Hardik showroom mechanic telling one fuse damage its may be change . My vehicle running only 700 km. Hence i am requesting Honda Company to give me a solution . Sir plz. I request you to kindly solve my problem otherwise exchange my vehicle.                       Dear Sir/Mam,

                      This is to inform you that I had booked a CB Unicorn black color bike at your dealer named TTR Honda
                      Badnera Road, Nawatheplot, Amrawati.

                      I had booked bike on 16Aug 2014, with expected date of delivery of 29Aug2014 on occasion of Ganpati uttsav, however on follow up on 28Aug2014 no bike was available and they informed that bike will be available within a week. Again on follow up by call after a week no bike was available. Even after 5 to 6 times of follow up, no bike was available.

                      It’s now more than a month (almost 5 weeks) no bike is available hence decided to cancel a deal on 19Sep2014, but on visit to showroom thrice the results were waste of time only.

                      Please see below conversation with one of staff member (Today 23Sep2014):

                      “Cheque pe sign karne wale sahab nahi hai, wo Singapore gaye hai, tum receipt submit kardo, check ban gaya to call aa jaayega 29 or 30Sep2014.”

                      And when I have asked him “is that your service you provide to customer” because on Friday (19Aug2014) I asked them when should I came for cheque he said you come on Monday (22Aug2014), but even on Monday no cheque was prepared and again on call on Tuesday (next day) he replied “yaha koi khali nahi baita hai tumhare cheque sign karneke liye”.

                      I just wanted to know from HONDA Company which is known as most trustable and reputed company in India, do you have any standard operating procedures or agreements with your dealers for customer interactions.

                      This is not expected from a renowned company like HONDA.

                      Such incidences will be the reason to loose trust respect from customers.

                      I truly believe that I will get some resolution from your side on this and restrict myself to get at door of consumer court for misleading, wasting of my time & money and also for the harassment made to me by your Company.

                      (a) I the above named individual has booked for purchase of Activa 110CC with your esteemed branch located at Rajpur Road Dehradun on 02 Oct 2014. Where I was assured that the Activa will be deliver to me on 21 Oct 2014 ie on Dhanterus. But despite of my repeated requests the agency is still faill to supply me the vehicle despite of paying the advance registration fee of Rs 1000/-. On my regular request they insist me to take vehicle with the accessories fitted after paying Rs 3939/- extra, ex which I had denied due to some personal problem. They also told me that in their showroom no vehicle comes without accessories, who so ever purchase the vehicle he should pay the extra charge of accessories, which is totally illegal and unauthorised deal with a customer.

                      (b) As per my personal knowledge and also acquired from the environment I came to know that at the time of receipt of vehicle from the company it is supplied without any accessories. On the same line I also request them at the time of registration that the vehicle is needed without any accessories and they also acceded my request at that time and do my registration. But now after a gap of one month approx they are insisting me to take the vehicle with accessories which is neither justified nor a good sign to sell your reputed items.

                      2. Owing to the above may I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and kindly release my vehicle at the early date and without any accessories so that I may not compel to go to consumer Court. It is my endeavour to write to you for your kind attention so that you may know the real fact of the complaint before I process it further.

                      3 weeks ago I gave Honda shine Bike here for repaire. they changed Chassi, Mud guard, Disk break even though they are not required to change. When I asked replaced material they gave me tank without emblem!. Felt shocked with their service.

                      Please Honda take care of this demon Arife. Today I felt very bad with his behaviour when I was there for to get my new scooter. As I paid the amount in advance silently brought that scooter else I have not bought from him.

                      On 07/03/2015, I have purchased one Honda Activa 125 colour white from your authorised dealer namely Vikas Motor Co. (Todi Honda) of 225C, Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road, Ground floor, Kolkata . As committed by your sales person namely Mr. Santanu Majumder (Cell No.[protected]) that vehicle manufacture should be in the year 2015. Then I had paid Rs.68, 955/- ( Sixty eight thousand nine hundred fifty five only.) by cash on 07/03/2015 and he had delivered the said Activa-125 colour white vehicle to me on 12/03/2015. Today (25/03/2015), I came to know the fact when my representative took my said vehicle to the “motor vehicle department” for registration, he saw the vehicle papers that the said vehicle was manufactured in the year 2014. A copy of sale letter ( Sec Rule 47 (a) & D) is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Nobody told me earlier that the said vehicle was manufactured in the year 2014.
                      Immediately, I was informed to your sales person Mr.Santanu Majumder about this matter and he told me to make a complain against me to any person or anywhere. Also I physically met with him on 25/03/2015 at about 17:00 hours at Vikas Motor Co. Showroom and he used the same language to me. I am very much surprised that how dare your sales person? Being a multinational company, how can they do like this?

                      I am really tormented by the pathetic service of Pearl Honda, Sector 37. There are several reasons for that : 1). I had given my car for body repair on 16th July, but have not received my car till now 2).Service manager Rakesh has rarely called me back and relies on giving false promises for the return date starting from 22nd July to 24th July to 27th July.
                      3).I had given my car relying on the false promise of return by 22nd July and was repeatedly given assurances of the same my Mr. Rakesh on 20th and 21st July. On the basis of those assurances I planned an important appointment along with my wife for 24th July. But they failed to deliver the car even till now, leave aside 22nd July.
                      4).ON repeated(around 30 calls) requests, I was given an alternative car for attending the appointment on 24th July, that too a car that had no horn working, window once opened cannot be closed, filled with dust from inside and broken viper. I had to get it checked with mechanic before stating my journey, which was very unpleasant but by God's grace safe.

                      I did not expect this from a brand like Honda. I want strict action against the concerned person and dealer.

                      I have all the records in voice recorder spoken by thier General manager @Rana nd service manager @Rajeev nd even videos shown exchanging parts from the accidental cars nd abusing us nd doing dada giri nd my Car is with them only from last 4 months, and i complaint in honda 121 they said apke pass revert aa jayega 24 hours me i hvnt got a single call from them such an brand first time have seen a good brand with cheap dealers nd cheap employees the honda brand will post the audio records soon after concerting it in Video mode as a proof how Honda is nd why we should not deal with Honda brand
                      I have given Honda Activa of Regd No.AP31AS2084 to Hamsa Honda service center, Visakhapatnam for doing service under AMC. I explained the problem of the vehicle during the job card opening. The problem of the vehicle is as follows:
                      1. The vehicle is not switch of even I remove the key from the vehicle. This problem has come suddenly and immediately I disconnect the battery and start the vehicle with manual kick. The vehicle is running nicely.
                      I rushed to the above service center and given for regular maintenance and explained the above problem.
                      After one week the vehicle was delivered and billed Rs.6315/- and they say the battery is not good and you have to change the battery. Immediately I rushed to battery shop and checked it. The battery purchased one year back and charged the battery saying that there is a problem in the vehicle only. I faced the same problem even after giving service and spent Rs.6315.

                      2. It seems they are only money minded and not series about the maintenance and condition of the vehicle.

                      I have give an another vehicle bearing regd No.AP31CP8229. The problem of this vehicle is Acceleration.
                      Even I slow down accelerator completely the vehicle is moving with 20kmph speed. I told the same at the time of opening the job card. This was also under AMC and charged Rs573/- After delivery I ride the bike about 5 km and started the same old problem.

                      This is how the service of the said organisation is going on. Kindly look in to the problems and correct it at the earliest.
                      I would like to bring to your notice about some worst experiences I met with your dealer Autofin (Honda) Automobiles, Himayatnagar, Telangana State.
                      you people says “Customer is the King”, but those people treated customers as beggars.
                      First time, when i went to Showroom to book a two wheeler, the sales executive was looking so uneasy to explain about the vehicle, and he was not speaking to customer with minimum respect. It hurts me alot. Anyway i have booked Active Honda 3G vehicle, paid full cash in one attempt. The sales executive person told me to come the next day by 1 pm to take delivery.
                      Me with my family with lot of excitement went to showroom for my new vehicle, but they delayed for 3 hours, by telling me many reasons for delay viz.. vehicle is on the way from stockyard to showroom, vehicle stucked in the traffic and many more fake reasons. But at last we found the vehicle in front of showroom only. Actually the vehicle was there since 10 A.M. in the morning. But due to their negligence, we had waited there up to 5 P.M. I felt very pity about myself and my family..
                      And the third time, between the period of booking the vehicle, delivery of the vehicle and first service of the vehicle, the concerned sales person did not even call me once to know the experience about the vehicle.. It is okay, not a big issue..
                      And the fourth time, one tele-caller from Autofin Honda called me for first free servicing and she said that she will allot me a day for free servicing, i said ok and went to showroom on that day for free servicing, but those people told me that your name is not here in allotment list and ask me to come tomorrow.. Like this they sent me back three times.. At last i had given my vehicle to another dealer at Towlichowki, hyderabad for free servicing..
                      And fifth time, when i went to collect the vehicle documents, they had given me half of the documents and told me that these are the complete documents and asked me to go for registration in a month.. When i went for registration, RTA people said me that those are incomplete documents and sent me back.. Again i went to showroom for documents, they told that please come next day.. Again i went there and after a long conversation, i had got my vehicle Form-22 original document and still they kept invoices pending.. And addition to that they were talking very harshly..
                      These are the worst situations i have faced at Autofin Honda, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad.. So please take some action on this type of dealers, otherwise customers may lost faith on the great Honda company...

                      I bought Honda Amaze petrol version (top end) but the pick and performance of the car is very poor. How it can be resolved.

                      Still my vehicle sounds a lot and wobbling problem is also not resolved. We trusted services on companies work shop but at your end we feel disappointed.

I have a bad experience with him they told me all the parts are damage of your bike but all the parts of my bike in good condition they totally harrased me for chaning the parts and also want to a huge amount . They gave much pain to me The bike is mine and i am marketing man so without bike i am unable to do my job. so i have done as he said but please take an action against him if they need.                       I got my bike serviced from Satnam Honda tonk road jaipur today morning they told me that an expense of about Rs 1200 will come in the evening when I reached at 4:45 pm and my bill was prepared at 6 :30 pm
                      Of Rs 1938 my bill was not handed over to me and they gave a receipt of 1938. When I asked for a detail bill they deneyed and said that server is not working. They were not giving bill but they were giving receipt instead of bill. About a week before I got my Activa serviced That day also I noticed that the bill was not given to me and other people only a yellow receipt wad given.what is this going on the customer doesn't know what work is being done and what part's are been replaced in his vehicle and what is the cost of the part.                       I am Alay Doshi, from Ahmedabad. I have bought Honda Activa 4g in the month of May 2018.

                      Since the day i have taken the delivery of my vehicle, I have been frequently complaining the issues relating to the noise coming from the front portion and ... Of my vehicle to the ... Service center. I have enclosed herewith the job cards of my vehicle for your reference. But even after 6 months and 3 services my issue is still unresolved. And your service center is not responding to my issue with proper reasons.
                      The issue is minor but still is unattended by your vehicle experts.

                      I request you to please ask your concerned service center to look into this matter and get it cleared immediately. Otherwise I will have to register a complaint regarding the service issue from ... to the Honda company.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I purchased a Honda BRV (Automatic transmission) in 2017 from Emerald Honda, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. My vehicle registration no. is GJ18BF3057

                      I wanted to install the navigation system and a reverse camera. The dealer had suggested to install this through them since they were the authorised dealer and that would take care of any damage to the electrical and other systems. I paid about Rs.35000/- for the camera and My Map India navigation system. Unfortunately, the sound system was totally spoiled since they replace, I guess, the company provided system. Anyhow, since I needed the Map, hence I did not press the matter with them further.

                      Last year my windshield was broken by monkeys when I was travelling to North Gujarat and I requested the dealer also replace the glass, since my insurance was also purchased through them. At the time of repair they gave me the navigation chip asking to keep that safely. After the windshield was replaced I gave them the chip back. But, soon I realised that my reverse camera was not working. When I told them they asked me to bring the car again to rectify the problem. When I took the car, I simply didn't check the Navigation Map again thinking that it must be working. A few days later when I needed the navigation assistant, realised that the map is not working. When I called MyMapIndia, they told me to check if the chip is there in the slot. Then I realised that my chip was missing.
                      When I contacted Emerald Honda, they simply expressed their inability to help, though the chip was lost when my car was with them. They asked me to buy again the system, which make me really angry and frustrated. So, I decided to run the car without the navigation system.

                      Last week I got my car serviced which I regularly do at the recommended time. After that when I went to the gas station next day, I realised that the knob to open the fuel tank under the driver's seat is missing. I called the Senior Manager of Emerald Honda and told them that it is the second time something is missing from the car when given on service. Though I was told that they would get back to me immediately, till today I haven't heard from them.

                      What kind of a dealer Honda is keeping. Because of my very pleasant experience with Honda vehicles (my earlier vehicle was purchased from Landmark Honda in Ahmedabad) and during my prolonged stay in different countries I generally used Honda vehicles. But my latest experience with Emerald Honda is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth. It seems, Honda company is least bothered about the quality of services provide by its dealer.

                      Surprisingly, after every servicing the company representatives without any embarrassment almost forced me to give excellent feedback which reluctantly I obliged thinking that in the interest of receiving good service it is better not to offend them.

                      I request you to take up the matter with M/s Emerald Honda, Gandhinagar (Gujarat)

                      Service was very worst and appraiser and managers are cheating.

                      I bought Honda city on 14th May 2019 from Coastal Honda Panaji Goa. They told me that their 1st priority is customer satisfaction. Before buying 2 times i visited the showroom. I was there for more than 3 hours with my family. Nobody from the showshowroom ask me for water also.Same thing happens at the time of delivery also. This never happened to me in past when I was connected to maruti suzuki. I will give 0 for the hospitality. Only once I received a feedback call after delivery & that time I was busy. So I told him to call me later. But he didn't call. As per dealers information I was supposed to get 3 calls from different offices. And now also if I call my sales executive for some difficulty he is not responding. Worst experience.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I wish to draw your kind attn. that I have purchase 02 Activa scooters for my children, one in april, 07 and another in July'08. The New one is having problem in it's front portion and it shakes while driving. I have contacted three time to your authorised dealer at Gwalior M/s A.S. Motors, every time they said that the problem has been rectified but it was not so. In fact, today i.e. on 02.09.08 I have again given them the vehicle to rectify the same problem.

                        It is my humble request to look in to the matter and instruct your authrised dealer to replace the defected part if any, and rectify the problem.

                        If the similar problem arises again, I will have no choice but to scrap your product, since it dangerous to drive.

                        Awaiting for your prompt action in the matter.

                          I am a customer of Honda Two wheeler- Honda Shine. I bought my motorcycle in Feb 2008. The performance of my bike is very pathetic. Till date, it have not shown a mileage of 40 KMPL. I am riding this bike in Chennai city, normally with out any pillion rider. I already had another bike, which was showing good mileage (So, I believe there is nothing wrong in my driving). Usage of my bike is also nominal.

                          I ride an average of 12KMs per day. Odometer reads around 2500 Kms till now. I have completed 3 free services. All the time I am getting the advice that, mileage will be better after next service. I cannot believe this any more. Please advice me to solve this problem. Contact me for any more information.

                            I BOUGHT A NEW HERO HONDA KARIZMA FROM FORT POINT MAHIM ON 23RD FEBRUARY 2008. WHEN I GOT THE DELIVERY OF THE BIKE THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SERIVE MANUAL IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WE COURIER IT TO ME. TODAY AFTER 6 MONTHS THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE SILENCER AND I AM NOT ABLE TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY. I CALLED THE CONCERNED PERSON IN FORT POINT AND SINCE LAST WEEK HE HAS PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL COURIER THE SERVICE MANUAL TO ME AND HELP ME GET THE WARRANTY CLAIMED BUT I HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM. I AM VERY ANNOYED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDED BECAUSE AT THE TIME OF SALE THAT PERSON HAD COME TO MY HOUSE AND TAKEN THE DOWN PAYMENT FOR THE BIKE AND TODAY WHEN I AM FACING PROBLEMS I AM HELP LESS.

                              I have purchased Hero Honda Karizma on September 2008 from Shubhayan (Hero Honda Showroom), Pune, Maharashtra. Till now the 3rd free servicing is completed.
                              When i purchased the bike it had no problem. Everything was very smooth. After completing the first free servicing a hissing noise started coming from front the disc. I showed the problem in service center but the supervisor said that the problem is due to dust which is in disc. He said the resolution will be to get the disc washed in any washing centre. I did that but no luck. During 2nd service i said him the same problem but nothing got resolved. The problem is still going on but no resolution. During 3rd service the supervisor said a new oil has come which is recommended by Hero Honda. This oil will be poured in the petrol tank. This oil will reduce friction and will improve mileage. I said him if it is recommended by the company then i have no problem. After the servicing found the firing of my bike is changed. Which was not earlier. Apart from this during the 3rd servicing i don't know what they have done, now the RPM increases but the speed corrosponding to that is less. This problem was not there when i gave my bike for servicing.

                              I am very disappointed with the service of this dealer. This is my dream bike and now i don't feel to ride it. Facing a lots of hazards i finally managed to purchase it but now i think everything has gone waste.

                              Please suggest what to do.

                                I have booked for an Honda Activa from EVM neramankara Trivandrum. After waiting for 50 days i didnt get my vehicle. When i am contacting them they are giving some stupid reasons like there is labour prolem in honda and the production is reduced, They are not getting the vehicles like that.

                                Even they are telling if i book Aviator i wll get in a weeks time.
                                Are they trying to promote Aviator now than Activa..??

When i am contacting them, they are not responding properly .After my booking, the dealer also got supply of vehicles but he did not deliver to me.I think that there may be any irregularity of delivery of vehicles by the dealer.we are thinking that they are making fool to your valuable customers.Ultimately you are loosing your customers.

                                I am still hoping for getting the vehicle from you.

                                i have booked for an white colour Honda Activa from purakal honda kottyam, after waiting 35 days i didnt get my vehicle, i contact the showroom they say some stupid reasons, the production of activa is reduced, the colour is now very rare like that.
                                all other manufactures dont take the booking delay, only honda can make the delay.

                                  I am servicing my Shine in KUN Vadapalani, Chennai, i asked for them about mileage they proven the mileage of about 60 Km/Litre in my bike and now i crossed 7 services with them, I dont feel any complaint in my bike, i never give my bike to any other mechanic for even changing rear view mirror.
                                  They are actually more interested in informing vehicle condition while servicing they will call us for confirmation before changing anything. They advice more about handling a bike. They are good.
                                  I am getting hardly 55 to 60 Km/Litre (note i never ride smoothly, iam fast in city also ) but i will go for service on time and they will do it perfectly.

                                    I have a problem with my Honda unicorn the bike. The bike starts but the moment I accelerate the engine stops. In the rainy season, this gets worst. Some time during travel if I change the gears the moment I leave the clutch the engine stops and jump-starts. The service center does not seem to have an answer to the problem.
                                    I have tried changing the spark plug, cleaning the tank, cleaning the carburetor, changing the diaphragm in the carburetor. Engine de-carb. Nothing seams to work. The worst thing is the problem is not consistent. Does not happen all the time, which makes me look like a fool at the service center.

                                    Can any one advice.

                                    There could be a lot of problems with the engine getting shut off...
                                    1. Sometimes the petrol tank forms a vaccum within itself and it shuts off fuel supply to the carburretor. normally this doesnt happen in motorcycles with a fuel injected system..it happens more or less in all carburretor type engines...All you need to do is keep the fuel tank opened for a while(say for a few seconds) or try blowing in air inside the petrol tank...so as to feed some air inside the tank...

                                    2. If you keep your fuel valve opened all the time it could sometimes overflow the head of the engine which sometimes results to a flooded engine...in such cases..shut off the fuel valve and try to start the engine using the kick lever(not the Elecric starter).

                                    3.After getting the bike water washed do make sure the spark plug cables are dry and not wet...wet cables wont be able to generate enough power to power your engine...

                                    4. if none of the cases work..then it could be some problems with the power supply( the magneto cables which provides power to the spark plug are not able to generate enough power)..such cases dont happen very often though...

                                    Due follow these steps i am sure your honda unicorn will run like a dream
                                    i had bought honda unicorn in nov 2008 and its been a long time i am getting a problem that my bike gives lot of jerks it almost stops then when i keep the choke on then only the engine starts, when to authorised service centre in mumbai mahim at sai honda but even they have not yet solved it..

                                    I'm also facing the problem. And this is my bike's first winter and u cannot imagine my biking experience is like hell with this so called Wing Rider. After 3 complaints and visiting service centers again and again nothing seems to work. I think we have to live with it and it seems to be some design flaw in this Japanese Bike.
                                    I'll request you to not to recommend this bike to anyone...
                                    The problem seems to be with the Carburetor diaphragm whick gets wornout every 6 months. So the only solution i found is to change Carburetor diaphragm as it does not cost a lot.

                                      Engine Noise

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I bought a Honda Activa scooter from M/s VD Honda, Dwarka, New Delhi last Jan'2008 and until now the scooter was very smooth. I enjoyed my ride always.

                                      However, when I went for 4th servie, I had already crossed the mileage by 1000 Kms. and hence the dealer, M/s Ganpati Automobiles, Gurgaon said he will do the 5th service. I was okay with it. After the service, the vehicle is giving strange noise...

                                      I have purchsed a brand new honda unicorn from Mumbai on[protected] and 1st free service was done at Omsai autoworld malad dated 13/03/07, km used 975.The 2nd free service on 16/05/07, km used 3667.from same service center.The 3rd free service on 23/08/07 has done from same service center at 7231km.But before 4th free service i have some job at kerala thats why i keep bike my building at mumbai. but i wants to stay couple of months in kerala so i got this bike to kerala via train and gave for the 4th free service at ''Thrissur'' (district) dealer johns honda thrissur.But they told me that ''4th free service date was experied and if you want we will do 5th free service''.So I gave the bike when km was 14160.They serviced and gave me bike on the same day evening.But when i ride the bike just one kilometer some ''grrrgrr'' noice came from the engine. i returned to the service center and shown the technician.He told me this noice is ok.Then i again take bike from there and i wants to go 40 km from thrissur.When i traveled further sound started increasing then i called the service center.They told me to take the vehicle home by riding it slowly and bring it tommorow morning as there center was about to close.Next day the bike was not at all starting so i hav to take that bike with the help of a tempo to john's honda service center.They started tell in me that why did i ride the bike without oil in it...??...that was truely a irritating question i have to face..they even told me that it will cost me about Rs15-16000.
                                      I wrote a complaint to honda company about this matter.They replied that ''to show the free service booklet to john honda service center''.As per there opinion i went there and shown them the booklet.so they done the further repairing for free of cost and told me to return to them after riding 1000km.Before riding 1000km the abnormal noice started as before.Then immediately i hav to go to Dubai for some personal work.Then my brother took the bike and then shown to the same service center.they told that there is a complaint in the casing in clutch even asked for money to repair that.Again i wrote a email to honda company.Then the service center repaired it for about Rs1000.Then i came to mumbai and brought the bike from kerala via train service.Its now just 4-5 days but the bike's condition is becoming worst day by day.Enigine OIl gets burnt while riding, abnormal sound and smoke comes out, it also gets a vigorous jerk while riding.

                                      Honda Unicorn — engine works without oil

                                      i strongly agree with comments given by ur customers as i feel personally these problems with my honda unicorn purchased in Dec[protected]Km) it is giving very low milege of 35km/ltr(less than Enfield Bullet), recently (8sept.2008)i get it serviced from Empire Honda, Bathinda, Punjab.
                                      I complained them regarding this, mechanic assured me to fix the problem but did nothing my bike is still giving me same problem.

                                      now a days HONDA is suffering through shortage of black color specially in case o[censored]nicorn. this is rediculous...
                                      if anybody wants to do huge time pass i will suggest them plz choose black unicorn...
                                      now a days everything is available in black market even honda unicorn. one of my friend booked a unicorn 2 months back but when i gone to that same showroom in kurnool (vasavi honda showroom)andhrapradesh, he said that he will give immediately when you pay rs5000 extra e so please dicourage buying in black market
                                      i purchased a unicorn bike in badakara ktc motors in calicut district.

                                      i am having a Honda shine(kick) start i got my CDI malfunction and it need to be totally replaced but its not available within orissa when i go to the dealer they say it will take 20 days even the workshop said it will take 30 days .that day i think i had moved about 280 km in bike in search of CDI

                                      so i think what is the need of such vehicle which stuck for a month.

                                      one thing more i need is can i get any email id or phone no.of higher authority of sales and service.
