Honda Car India Ltd — UNEVEN & PREMATURE WEARING OUT OF TYRE GOODYEAR MAKE

My vehichle Honda City ZX is being services by Ring Road Honda Gurgaon from begining. Date of purchase is 28 Apr 2008. The first tyre rotation and wheel balancing/alignment was due after 10000 kms and same should have been done automatically during free service period. Cuningly the same was done on 20000 kms charging money from me in the bill. This has resulted in uneven wearing of rear left side tyre. I have spoken to Honda 121 and HO Noida as well as RR Honda Gurgaon on count less occassions, written mail and reminders so many times. The dumb attitude of Honda car India is unbecoming. Now they say that they can not do any thing and passing buck ot Goodyear tyre. Road condition/and tyre pressure was ruled. Now both agencies the tyre manufactrur and Honda refused to take their responsibility for this loss and compensate the consumer.

2. This kind of insensitiveness by the business firm who are enjoying wealth earned from pocket of consumers is highly irresponsible act and deserve severe repremand and award of compensation with penalty for passing buck.
