Honda Civic car — CAR HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED FROM THE LAST 6 MONTHS. | |||
I GAVE MY HONDA CIVIC CAR FOR REPAIR ON 25TH DEC 2010 TO ACE HONDA NOIDA,AND TILL DATE NO ADVANCEMENT IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS HAS NOT BEEN DONE TO MY CAR. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY. THE LAME REASON WHICH IS GIVEN TO ME EVERY TIME I CONTACT IS THAT THE SPARE PARTS AREN'T AVAILABLE. I GUESS ITS A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY SO HOW COME THERE IS A LACK IN THE VEHICLE PARTS IN INDIA!!!!! I HOPE MY COMPLAINT WOULD BE CONSIDERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Anand,
I am facing problems with my honda civic tires as well. I have been asked to replace all the four tires. I clear;y am not in agreement with that. I plan to further investigate with other service centers. My car is only 2.5 yrs old and i have barely driven it for 16000kms.
Have they sorted your problems? Can you suggest what should i do?

Honda Civic car — Non responsiveness from Company
I am putting this issue up on Web after 4 months o[censored]nsucessfull atempt to make Honda listen and to fix my concernI bought a Honda Civic in month of Jan 2009 from Ring Road Honda. I noticed that there is a humming sound coming from the Tyres. Initially Ring Road Honda Team confirmed that the issue with Tyres & said that it was a manufacturing defect in the tyres. . They made me approach Michelin the Tyre manufacturer who also agreed that there is a humming sound and as per him it was due to none rotation of tyres by Ring Road Honda.
Post lots of Visits, both Michelin & Ring Road Honda changed their diagnosis & stated that there is no Humming sound ! There are back ups with me to prove my point.
I raised my complaints many times with your 1800 number but no readdressal . My last complaint Number is 11000083.I also spoke and met the service head at ring road honda gurgaon and even he did not keep his promise to fix the issue.
I continue to face the issue & am not sure if proper diagnosis has been done & also I hope there is no defect in Shockers of the Car
Hopefully Honda will now wake up and call me and fix the issue otherwise I will take this issue to Consumer Court.
