Dear Sir,
This has reference to the above .
The booking of the said vehicle was made by me on[protected] with its confirmed delivery to be given between 15 th nov. 2008 to 22nd nov. 2008.
Kindly refer to my letter dated[protected]copy encl.)in the above regards.
The vehicle has not been given on maturity of booking on[protected]..
No intimation as regards the delivery of vehicle has been given to me with reference to my letter dated[protected].
Lately, I was also informed verbally that the vehicle in the color of my choice will be given by 2nd of Dec., 2008.That has also not materialized.
It is regretted that you have not acted in the matter other than just making the booking.
In view of the above, I am not opting for Dec. 2008 registration and delivery for the vehicle which was to be given between 15 th Nov. 2008 to 22nd Nov. 2008 .
Honda new year manufactured vehicles are available at the start of the year only.In case you can’t give me the confirmed date of delivery as 2009 manufacturing and registration, I will follow the parent company to fix the dealer who will give me the confirmed earliest delivery as 2009 registration in the color of my choice on or around 1st of January2009 .
I reserve my right to all my claims in this regards.

Dear Sir,
This has reference to the above .
I have made a confirmed booking of one Honda city model SMT in bold beige shade with your dealer Courtesy Honda Lally Automobiles Limited, Okhla Phase I New Delhi -110020 vide sales contract no. A/4138 dated[protected] copy enclosed) with its date of delivery between[protected] to[protected].
During the contracted period of delivery of the said vehical, the dealer has expressed his inability to give the vehical in the color of my choice before February 2009 though the confirmed colour choice was given by me in the contract which is made more than one and a half months back.
In this regards, it is submitted that, your contract is binding the customer with the colour choice to be made at the time of booking and cancellation of contract in the event of change of color and others. Kindly read term and condition no. 3 of the said contract, the abstract of which reads as "…….. colour choice is required other than the one mentioned above a new contract would be signed….". The contract is reciprocal .
Confirmed Colour choice of bold beige shade was given by me at the time of booking as mentioned in the said sales contract and there is no change in the colour choice made by me.
It is kindly requested that the vehicle shall be given to me in the colour of my choice on or before[protected], which was confirmed at the time of booking .
I shall also reserve all my rights to all the claims arising out of above.

this is absolutely insane, courtsey honda is one of the most irresponsible delaerships known to me, they have managed to loose a car that was handed over to there service department and they are not providing any redressal as well. This dealership should be closed.

basis of false promise & misrepresentation.

Dear Sir,
We’re Honda car customer for last more than 10 years. We have Honda City & Honda CRV & were getting satisfactory services from Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi & never faced any problem.
Recently, we got a sms that some special mega service camp is done on 27th to 29th Sep, 2010 & 10% discount on parts & 10% discount on labour & various offers like free check-up, interior cleaning, polishing & antirust treatments etc. Only on the inducement by courtesy Honda, we sent our CRV No. DL- 4CAH-3789 for servicing. The man on job informed that we’re entitle for 10% discount on parts & 10% on labour.He also confirmed that approx. cost of parts shall be 7000/-& servicing charges shall be Rs 2000/- Meanwhile our driver asked him to replace the wiper blades also. He gave the estimate of Rs. 900/-.
We were really shocked when we receive the bill for Rs 11667/- in total with following discrepancies:
1. Total parts for Rs 8324.42 had been charged but no discount was given.
When we asked on phone, we were told by your manager Mr. Rakesh that there is no discount on Mobil oil & rubber parts. It was highly shocking to us, why the same was not informed to us in the morning at the time of accepting the vehicle or clarified in the SMS. Does it not amount to cheating for wrongful inducement to a customer.
2. When we asked them that in the morning we were told that total labour shall be Rs Rs 2000/-, while now the same has been charged as 3695.05/-.
We were told that it include labour for change of oil filter, fuel filter or plug etc. It was really funny & beyond imagination. What does service mean? Is it only cleaning or putting fountain? We’ve 35 years experience & know service means complete lubrication, greasing, check-up of filters or change if required. But your company charged Rs 1450/-in excess for all these things.
In view of above, you’re sincerely requested to stop this daylight loot with the innocent customers & immediately refund Rs 1450/-excess of labour charges & 10% discount on parts of Rs 8324/-else I shall be forced to approach the “Consumer Protection Cell” to stop your totally illegal activities & to make good my damages with penalty for undue harassment & wastage of my time.
