Car break is making a sound when brake is pushed as soft break. Its makes a sound of "Kharr Kharr" and the sound is loud that the other people sitting in car can also hear it.
I complaint it to dealer two months back and they took two long test drives and said, "the brake needs cleaning". They cleaned the break and charged me 3000/-.
After 30 days after the rain came on 04th May, since then it again started making this irritating noise.
The brake shoes were changed in last service and break cleaning is done upon complaint still the irritating noise is coming.
My all services including any little issues are being fixed or serviced by courstey honda Okhla, I have never taken my car to any local workshop till date for any service including battery and tyres also.
then how such small error of brake is not getting resolved by the technician. May be some knowledge gap with them for understanding the issue.
Pls sort this immediately.

    I am honda car owner and have given my car for check on tuesday and it has been more than 40 hours that the car is with courtesy honda chandigarh ( lally motors) and no one has reverted with issues . The car was kept in premises that it wil be checked in first half of wednesday the details will be shared that what all needs to be done in the car.
    Mr ashish kapoor was the descision maker and ensured that car shoudl be kept in premises and revert will be given by wednesday frist half max.
    Since wednesday i have been trying to connect and he is not responding .
    Also i tried to connect various contact numbers of service given on website but no support . everytime i am getting one answer that please wait we will get bacl in 10 min . but no response till now .
    even the lady who used to call for get service done is not responding .

    this is one pathetic servcie by honda and seems honda doesn't want to to serve the customers post sales .

    THis is an eye opener for us to not continue with honda anymore .

    especially Courtesy Honda where it seems like i am dealing with some govt department

    Request to please just send my car back in previosu conditons as it was deposited as i am not willing to taken any services from courtesy honda

        Vehicle is not running smoothly even after lodging complain for almost 2 times in service center.
        Also no proper justifications given by people working in organization.

          I booked honda new amaze SMT model from courtesy honda wazirpur outlet at on road price INR 8, 31, 000/- on 15 May 2022, I pay 5000 as booking amount &. Gave my old car in exchange as a down payment, rest balance amount I wanted to pay as loan, I told the sales manager that loan is taking some time, so it could not be possible to disburse in the same month, till that time he was okay and said I can not hold the new car so long time hence company will deliver that car to other client, I said not an issue, in June first week loan can be disbursed so, that time you hold another car for me .
          Now, from last 2 days when I am saying for delivery, that sales manager suddenly said company has increased the price 15k without any prior information. I said at least you should tell me before but he argued and misbehaved with me and said I also not aware about this enhancement, hence I can’t do anything .

          After that I said cancel my car booking and give me refund of the given amount, In that case he said we can give only the amount which was receipted . At the time deal, when I signed their forms he said the deal which we have given will not change . Now he quit from their words & give me a loss of giving refund or taking a car . Even though I dropped a mail to their senior subordinates but there was no response . All are sitting quite and enjoying the mail .

              I serviced my vehicle ( Honda city cvt )
              No- Dl 4C AZ 6688 from courtesy Honda Wazirpur on Thursday, 23 April 2022…Totally unprofessional they r…..1st of all the driver who picked the car wearing Mg trouser and Honda shirt…After my service done, I found my vehicle totally dirty, one of my head lamp is damaged, car meter showing error- parking sensor system error…On the other hand when I calll to the service manager(mr Ganesh Thakur), regarding the issues, he said that we r not responsible for ur car service…plz acknowledge my complaints

                I got my car serviced. But servicing agency in chandigarh making a business and working on policy make fear and earn.

                They make fear in heart of customer that your car will get damaged you have to get it done now, else your car will not run property and later you will not get the discount.

                They had given me estimate of 11, 000 Rs for service. But while for billing, I requested them to make some discount. But they denied. Later they called and said take road side assistance service you will get at Rs 500 which cost me 2, 000 Rs. They will adjust 1500 in service bill. They creates fear n gread in my mind. I had taken.

                Than asked to get change the tyres immediately I denied. I get checked tyre from outside he said it can run for 10, 000 km more.
                Than said your car A. C need some work that is require after 3 years of car use. I denied. Car a. C is running perfectly fine still now.

                I went to get the service done they told that it will be done in 3-4 hours, but when I reached they said it will take 7-8 hours. I asked to shuttle service they denied how ever they had mentioned in list hanging on servicing area.

                I need compensation for my honda car stereo and for 8 got suffered during service.

                I marked mmany of emails but not receives any satisfacty action.

                  problem: Noise around front pillars and hamming noise from dashboard

                  I purchased this around year back and from day 01 of my purchase car is producing noise from front side.I have sent my vehicle to courtesy Honda Chandigarh number of times but still no resolution has been made.
                  I have no option left except going to consumer court if solution is not offered by Honda. Extremly disappointed from the built quality and workmanship of brand like Honda.

                    I gave my car to courtesy honda for minor front bumper repair and kept my car for one week and charged my insurance company. I have video of how I gave them my car and video was recorded on their workshop. I confeonted the General Manager Amit Adhiya who accepted that they manipulated the claim for approval and it is the service advisors fault to not imform me that. When I got in touch with insurance company that is Bajaj Allianz I saw photos of the samage they did to my car for claim they have seriously damaged my car from every side for make momey. I have reported this fraud to my insurance company and Honda has not given me any resolution so far.

                      Your are Charging 3000 to 4000 for kms base service but why console below windshield cleaning is charger separately around 500 to 600 rupees, Why those type of console cannot cleaned without charges separately .

                      1. Console below wind shield and near to the front door near the front pan net .
                      2. Region near the rear windshield, Door window frames below are dust logging and rusting area and inside ever door, why everything is charged separately in all service centers.

                        मैंने अपनी गाड़ी (DL 1CS 2766 )आपकी वर्कशॉप से 2-3 महीने पहले जेनरल रिपेयर के दुवार रिपेयर करवाई थी जिस के लिए मैंने लगभग Rs 80000 (अस्सी हज़ार) का भुगतान किया था, लेकिन गाड़ी मै प्रोब्लम कम नहीं हुई और बड़ गई है मैंने इसकी शिकायत कई बार mr Navneet wadhra and mr shusul ji se कर चूका हूं लेकिन उन की और विश्वास तो दिलाया गया लेकिन गाड़ी को सही करने के लिए कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई व किसी भी सलाहकार व कर्मचारी ने हमारी कोई मदद नहीं की मुझे लगता है कि आप की वर्कशॉप के कर्मचारियों के द्वारा मेरी गाड़ी में पुराने पार्ट का इस्तेमाल किया गया है मैं दावा तो नही कर सकता लेकिन में अपने अनुभव और विश्वास से कह सकता हूं

                          Icalled for my car servicing at wazirpur courtsey honda 3 weeks ago but they are not responding properly for the same . They are not picking up my car . I complaint again but still no response. When last service was done i was not satisfied with it and during feedback call i told about the problems that was not properly handled but they never took it seriously and not took up my car again for the same . Everytime my car go for service they charge nearabout rs.15000 but complaints unsolved. They take 2-3 days for servicing but still customer not satisfied. Two weeks ago madam Vandana called and scheduled for pickup on sunday but they have not sent anyone . Atlast i have to make online complaint.
                          Sir i am paying money for service, its not free from honda, make sure your people do their work properly otherwise you will have adverse consequences on your performance in future.

                            Dear Sir,

                            On DEC 2019 I bought the above vehicle from RSA hyundai dealer it developed a defect in windsheild a natural air crack has been seen The crack is not deep its only on the outer glass. i am herein attaching the pictures of the crack .The company is not ready to accept the fault above which i originally complained but i am now told that you as manufacturer are not prepared to do any further work under warranty .under the consumer guarantees act manufacturer's workings are binding if you are given a warranty it must be honoured.company is not ready to replace the defective part under warranty

                              My car registration number is DL 1CX 1366 (purchased from Courtsey Honda ) used by my 72 years old father
                              I sent the car on 1 august 2020 to Coutsey Honda Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi workshop for music system problem but there one Mr Kohli said to be service manager never opened a job card n committed to get it changed/ repaired under warranty as car purchase date was[protected].
                              After number of days n calls he didn’t respond so i sent my car again on[protected] n now a job card was opened and now job was denied as warranty has expired ( i do have an extended warranty also ) . This reply came after too many calls and talking to Mr Navneet (GM ) service.
                              The only response I got is that vehicle is out of warranty and which due to their negligence on first visit on[protected] .
                              I asked them to plz review as it was their mistake but everything in vain .

                                My honda activa 125 bs6 weak led light in 7 months my honda activa model is deluxe with disc. I am accident with the scooty and I am try to remove this disc but not action from Rajendra honda and this activa consume more fuel please solve my problem.

                                  On 6.06.2020 my above car was booked for sevice by yours preety kaur but no name of car pick driver and his mobile no was messaged to me since the booking of car service
                                  To my surprise one mr rajpal came to pick my car todays morn at 10 am then i got message from courtesy honda to give car to mr ravi
                                  Very astonishing happening in co. Now i have lost trust in honda courtesy from whom i purchsed the car and had been customer for service sinc 5 years

                                    I given my honda amaze car for the service after service i got my car wheel cover damage also rear door lock defective and my fuel is very less. Next day i explained my all issue in feedback call but i have not received any call for resolution after some days i called again and complained but still not received any response and resolution.
                                    I spoke several time to advisor and service center representative but nobody care my issue and not try to resolve.

                                      Hi Honda Team,

                                      I have bought Honda Amaze (DL3CCP9273) on Oct 2018 and today (5th June 2019) within 6 months, it's breakdown when I was coming home from a meeting. I have called your helpline[protected] they said they can't help as I am not a registered user of 24/7 helpline, but I believe they have to support or provide any possible help.

                                      I tried to take help from nearby mechanics but they advised go to Honda as it's a new car.

                                      Kindly advice for next steps

                                        I have my wrv car get service from prestige honda in dec 18.
                                        I have also raised my concern on 1st jan 19 communication no 1-[protected] and and another on 18th jan 19 communication no 1-[protected].

                                        I have raised that on my service.
                                        1. Prestige honda has mentioned on my invoice that i have refused to replace wiper blade although service adviser has told me that get it replace on your next service.
                                        What is the logic behind mention this on my invoice?
                                        2. Boot nut bolts getting rust and service adviser has taken pictures of this stating that he will revert on this in a week but sorry to say no reply.
                                        3. I have mentioned steering wheel grey powder coating getting removed / faded but service adviser told me its because of i use moisturizer or perfume that it get removed, subsequently general manager service told me i was out of warranty.
                                        4. I have wrongly inserted navigation card in slot and i have accepted my fault but e. G. Every phone / instrument has mentioned how to insert sim or card right. But there was no communication on this in wrv and on every service service adviser get it out and give it to me neither bothered to insert it again after service. Prestige also mentioned on invoice that customer has wrongly inserted navigation card. There they have completed their responsibility.
                                        They have provided me some local shop owner that contact that you should visit ahuja communication get it fix from there.
                                        Why should i go to some local electrical shop to get it fix/removed. Why prestige is not fixing it or taking responsibility to fix it.
                                        Even after above 2 calls on honda one 2 one no one was looking serious to hear customer voice and provide resolution to any of above concerns.
