[Resolved]  HONDA-DIO — complaint for defective Dio given.

I have bought the Honda Dio on 1st 'Aug 09 from Pashankar Auto Pvt Ltd,Shivajinagar,Pune.
When for the delivery of the New dio from pashankar the Dio looked old and used as it was not even washed nor polished, above that it had scratches and white marks over the handle around the speedometer.
And after i took a test ride it had continous noise of knockin from engine and after complaining for all this they said plz dont create issues for minor things and the noise is the regular thing and just washed the Dio and gave it.
On first servicing recently it has come to notice that a part has been damaged and bursted and the servicing guy estimates the defect to be present from the inception.
My question is if we are paying 42000/- for something new why are you selling us such defected and used bike.And the way customers like us are treated at such time is horrible,its the worst i expect and i would genuinely request you to either plz replace the Dio itself otherwise kindly grant me compensation for the same.
Kindly tel me what can be done from your side at the esrliest.
