[Resolved]  Honda/ Honda Activa — Delay in delivery of product booked 2 month ago....

Dear Sir/Madam,


I have booked Honda Activa in the name of my mother through your dealer G S Honda ,Football Chowk Jalandhar ,Punjab on 23rd August 09.I have booked Activa with the waiting period was of 30 Days and maximum of 45 days but now it is over 2 months , but till now i have not get any positive response from your dealer for the same. Afetr visting again & agian response is nothing......When i have last visited to G S Honda, Manager of G S Honda said that there is problem in the Honda copany with their labour and due to strike of labour from last 20days the manufacturing of all Honda products is stopped.I Can't understand that a company like Honda can stop its manufacturing for such a long period of time .If the dealer or Honda company can't supply their product in time than why they are committing to customer for supply with in specified period ?
A customer is waiting for a product and Dealer said that they can't do anything in it.Customers now are looking for alternate products available in the market.

I am request you to review the situation.
