I have booked a Honda Activa for my sister named R. Uma Maheswari, booking No. 1432. I wish to inform you that the Two wheeler Narmada Honda Dealer, Mahabubnagar is causing lot of inconvenience to us by charging extra amount.

The said vehicle’s on Road price is Rs. 49,071/- but he is charging extra money for the following items.

1. Extra Fittings Rs. 3,119/-
2. Extended warranty Rs. 649/-
3. A.M.C. Rs. 549/-
4. Teflon Coating Rs. 375/-
5. Helmet Rs. 930/-
6. PRHC Rs. 1,000/-

TOTAL Rs. 6,622/-

On Road price of the vehicle is Rs. 49,071/-. So he has to deliver the Honda Activa on payment of said amount but he is forcing me to purchase all extra fittings. Without any of the extra fittings he is not delivering the vehicle. Due to this dealer, the Honda company is loosing its Name and Fame in our District. My friend and myself are ready to purchase the Honda Activa. His booking No. is 1425 and he is also facing same problem..

At this dealer Show Room no one of the Staff Members are responding properly. If I ask anything simply they say to contact their M.D. Several times I visited Show Room, but he is not available. Hence, I request you kindly take necessary action against the concernedNarmada Honda dealer of Mahabubnagar, A.P.

Honda Activa New — delivery not given without purchase of accessories

Respected sir,

I booked a Honda Activa new Model at Rajkot (Gujarat) Dealer name :- Dharati auto ,Gondal road

Rajkot , Tele No. [protected] on dated[protected] reciept no. 637 by the name Karshandas Madhavdas Ghetiya 2582 by chequ No 204629 dated[protected] of Rs. 1000 (State Bank of Hederabad rajkot branch )

my activa Has been Alloted But Dealer ( MR. Hitesbhai ) say we can not give delievery If you not Purchage activa"s Accesory from Here . I can't give Activa

Accesory purchage is compalsory from This dealer please do needful action as earliest

Honda — non delivery of vehicle without accessories

We have two show room of hero honda in our city. I have booked one honda pleasure scootret from galaxy motors , authorised showroom at Bilaspur CG. at the time of delivery , galaxy motors forced us to pay for accesories which was not required to us. he told that without accessories he will not give pleasure to us and also seize our booking amount Rs 1000/- . since the vehicle was urgently required to us we paid the amount . Kindly guuide us where to lodge this complaint please.
Your lying
I Guess The company should disclose the spare parts price on the official web site.

If the company is not disclosing the same it means the company has given liberty / silent consent. to dealers for the same though the company may not getting any share in this

Honda Activa 2Wheeler — no repairing due to no spares

I approached M/s CR Scooters service station @ Jetal pur bridge road for no Auto-Start & noise in engine problems alongwith lots of kicks required in the morning problems.

The supervisor available told me that the engine will be required to open, but we have no spare.

I told them to keep the vehicle and open engine and do needful after getting the spares.

To this, they replied that they did not have spare from last 3 months, and company not sending the spares in sufficient amount related to engine and whenever it comes from the company it gets exhausted.

Hence I request all who are going to own this vehicle and those who alrady have this please think twice before going for such company and such dealers.

Honda Activa — no availability of stock

I am really upset about the unavailibility of Honda Activa in many showrooms for ready cash.They are willing to give only for CC immediatly.but for ready cash its possible only after 6-9 months.

Honda — extra amount on accessories

in jsp honda kukkatpally they were taking eccessive amount on new veh.eg; seat cover and foot guard are chargeble here.and they arte not giving respect to custemers .paramesh and shantha like that peoples are bad.

Sir we from shimoga & we would like to perches hound active purple & in this way we visited to sona hound showroom at shimoga but they side there is not available purple colour active

Sub :- Complaint against Sidharth Honda, Anpara U.P. and Honda Regional Office Lucknow, U.P.

My Honda Activa Scooty(UP64K-9069) is not in running condition last two month due to some fault and given to Sidharth Honda Anpara(Mobile no [protected]) for repairing. Sidharth Honda is not able to repair due to non availability of spare part(i.e.11200KPL 900 CRANK CASE COMP L). I complaint to Regional Head Office dated[protected].Your office staff Nutan received complaint.Sorry to say that regional head office also did not take it seriously. I rang to office phone no[protected] and [protected] to get status of my complaint but did not get response.
I request you to kindly instruct your Regional Head Office Lucknow and Sidharth Honda, Anpara to repair my scooty at the earliest and oblige.

I want to buy Activa. I went to Dealer. Dealer is saying book the scooter and waiting period is 60 days. But at the same time next to his showroom one subdealer is having all colours of Activa ready stock and delivery time 7 days. Is anyone knows the reason why dealers are taking so long time for delivery?
