I am regret to inform you that I have not received any reply from your side to our complain through E-mail dt:19.08.2011 as to when the parts is available with the Service Dealer (M/s.Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar) so that the scooter can be repaired and delivered soon.

Kindly, communicate me immediately about the status.

I once again regret to inform you that I will be bound to take legal actions if I will not get any reply from you.

Sub: Honda ACTIVA- several complaints.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am regret to inform and lodged my complain regarding my accidental repair to my recently purchased HONDA ACTIVA due to non availability of spare parts with the service dealer M/s. Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar.

I have purchased HONDA ACTIVA from M/s.Shivam Honda on 7th May'2011 but due to my bad luck I met with an acccident after one month of purchase and took the scooter to the above service dealer for repairing work on 11th July'2011. All the insurance formalities had been completed within two days. I have been regularly following up with the service dealer for completition of repair and early delivery. But to my surprise last week I came to know from the dealer that the parts are not in stock and will be available next month i.e. in September'2011. I had also discussed with your Regional Service/Spares Manager last week in Bhubaneswar while he was on his tour to M/s.Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar and got assurance that the parts will be available next month.

Now tell what shall I do except or waiting for indefinite period.

Kindly, give me immediate feedback for early repair and delivery of my scooter.
