[Resolved]  Honda Shine — Reg: Poor two wheeler service

This is to inform you that i have serviced our two wheeler yesterday. The service is very poor and by yesterday at 6.45p.m we got the delivery from perambur service centre hardly is runs only 15 minutes after that the bike has been stopped battery is totally is doen we have been keep on informing to our a distilled water in it but they given us free maintenance battery not working, kicker is also not working and close by we went to other mechanic at we spent Rs. 200/- but for the service we have spent Rs. 2,100/- and when we take delivery just now they have washed the vehicle without removing the tank cove, seat cover the water is dripping from my vehicle and they wiped and gave us i think this is not right and also note that we have bought the vehicle on aug 2011 i have changed my chain spracket twice once in padi punagar and other one in perambur wanted to know what is life of the chain spracket and want to know the reasons. Always there is problem in the service something will happen the work will not been done, water wash have not been done and also i attach my purchase bill, service bills for your perusal . Please take immediate action and reply us and get back to us immediately. In the company service the cost of spare & service is high but then also puposely we dodnt bother about the rates we need the original parts to be changed but this is not satisfied. Out side we can service the bike but it will not be genuine so need the company service but the company itselt is like that then what is this? Please take action.

Once again to inform you that we have sent a mail on 27.02.13 with all my attachments of bill but there is no reply still please treat the matter as very urgent and contact us immediately in the mobile No. [protected]

If no reply immediately we will go to the consumer court. And also we will raise a compalint about the bike and poor service on the online.

Note; Customer satisfaction is very very important
