[Resolved] Honda Shine — parts complaint and poor service | |||
Sir, My name is K I Narayanan Namboodiri from Taliparamba,kannur.I have bought a new honda shine bike on October 2010, vehicle no.KL59 C4515 from the honda dealer PEEYEM honda, Kannur,Kerala I faced these problems- Gear shifting is very tedious, difficult change gear from 2nd to 3rd, The visor of my bike making noise while driving. Heavy petrol smell is coming near from the petrol tank,mileage is also low... etc. I registered these complaints in first service,the complaints were still there when i got the bike back. They told the gear shaft and visor was complaint and they will replace it,also told that they will call me if they got the parts from company,but they didn't called me until the next service. After 3 months of buying I given my bike for the 2nd service on December 31.When i consulted for getting back my bike they told the complaint was not done,they are lacking of parts because company is not sending the parts on time.Also the response of service rs is poor. Sir it is going to be 4th month after buying,but still i didn't ride my bike satisfactorily.The dealer should take the responsibility for giving me a defected bike like that,and should replace my bike or parts.
