[Resolved]  Honda Shine Two Wheeler — Service at Adi Honda is worst and poor.

I visited at MH Honda dealership at Ropar, Punjab for service of my Activa. But the quality of service was very-very poor. No Qualified Mechanic, no service supervisor, poor management. Nobody even knows that what are the jobs to be done in the service. They did every thing for formality sake. I wasted my money and time over there. I think roadside mechanic is far better than your dealership's mechanic. Tell me why you have appointed Service Engineer? Their duty is to visit dealerships, having cup of tea and then mark everything 'OK' & fill the 'Visiting Expenses Claim Form'. if they are not giving you the proper feed back of every Dealership then everything is useless . I think Only selling the product is your motive. After sale service doest matter?

Not just at Adi honda malakpet, even at Adi Honda, L. B. Nagar, Hyderabad, the service is worse. Though I purchased my Activa at Malakpet, I regularly gave it for service at L. B. Nagar as it is near my home. I felt the quality of their service deteriorating every time and my Vehicle lost the feel of a smooth handling. Then I found a local mechanic who serviced my vehicle lot better.
