[Resolved]  Honda Twister Bike — Careless and Useless Servicing

Dear Sir,

I bought a Honda Twister bike on 10th March, 2011. My first service was carried on 26th Mar, 2011 by Shivam Service Center located at Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar.

The bike was not washed as the water supply was not working. The bike was not lubricated properly and not checked by the personnel.The engine oil requirement was 750ml but I had to purchase 1000ml as there was no required bottled unit available.This is the amount of farce and fraud for getting cheap money.

This entire frustration cannot be reported to Honda as there was no customer feedback system.
