Pragnya Honda service okhla delhi is very very bad, they just third class service provider.
there is nothing about the services.
when you go there for your bike service then they will not fix the issue or if fix then that will not be permanently because the service manager and team are very irresponsible.
if you go there with a problem then will revert with another different new problem which they never accept as the...

i purchased a bike in Honda show room in haridwar (showroom name amrit auto ). many time i complaint in his showroom that is my bike is not work in properly & damage in part in my bike (part name is feared gear). i complaint in his showroom in last 3 months but they can not proceed in my complaint.
so please solve my problem.

I bought a Honda Twister bike on 10th March, 2011. My first service was carried on 26th Mar, 2011 by Shivam Service Center located at Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar.

The bike was not washed as the water supply was not working. The bike was not lubricated properly and not checked by the personnel.The engine oil requirement was 750ml but I had to purchase 1000ml as there was no required bottled unit available.This...

the rearer shock absorber of my bike(twister) got complaint and i informed it to the dealer arya bhangi honda aluva.there is no response from the dealers part only the answer they said that they heve no spare to replace. the company is not giving the spare.now it is five months passed after my complaint .i think it is better to file a case against the company and the dealer if the replacement is not done within one month...
