problem in free service

i have purchased a Honda Twister on Jan 3, 2011 at Smart honda Enterprise, Auto Mkt Hisar. There is a complaint in front shokker from the second month of the purchase. They told that it will be rectified in the second service, This is my fourth free service, till now they are unable to solve this issue. I am not happy with the customer service of them. Response is very very poor from the showroom. I have never expected such a response from company like Honda. I lost my hope totally.

i have purchased a Honda Twister on April 2011 at Marikkar motors, Valikode nedumangadu, Trivandrum. There is a complaint in frond Handil corn set from the Day 1 of the purchase. They told that it rectified in the first service, This is my third free service, till now they are unable to solve this issue. Now they are telling back that i have to wait for one more month for rectifying this issue. this showroom ask 600rs for service charge.but iwill cannot pay this amound.I am not happy with the customer service of them. Response in very very poor from the showroom. no responsiblityand punjuality.i am not satisfied our service.service time service technicions doing just.oil change and water service only .I have never expected such a response from company like Honda. I lost my hope totally.

I purchased honda twister 4 month back. the problem i am facing from first day is their is GEAR SLIP from day 1. Also the service center ask me to change oil every servicing, or their will be no guarantee.
