[Resolved] Honda Unicorn — (Poor service-Hasan Honda Pondicherry) | |
As everyone knows, Honda is a world leader in auto segment and has a steadily growing market in India. I brought Honda Unicorn from Hasan Honda(Pondicherry[protected]The worst^infinity authorized partner of Honda two wheelers.) Such a reputed organization Honda isnt taking much care or monitoringt its dealers. After the delivery I took the vehicle to my house (Jus 2 km from Hasan Honda). The next morning when I tried to start my bike, it didnt.After trying hard I identified that those crazy hasan honda people have just feeded the bike with few drops of petrol. I took this issue to that dealer and nobody even cares about what we say. As this is the only dealer in our town, We couldnt bear their attrocities of that dealer. I beg Honda to either cancel or monitor their dealership regularly. So atleast the future customers get satisfied. Was this information helpful? | |

THE ONLY AUTHORISED SERVICE DELEAR OF HONDA ON THINDIVANAM ROAD, PUDUCHERRY HAS BEEN A REGULAR DEFAULTER IN DELIVERING THE VEHICLE CAUSING LOT OF INCONVENIENCE TO THE HONDA OWNERS. HOPE THE HONDA AUTHORITIES TAKE NOT OF THIS AND DIRECT THE SERVICE DEALER TO TAKE NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTION.REGARDS,

Yes He is 100% correct. Hassan honda people are very careless in their duties. Hassan honda having another service centre at Thattanchavadi in Pondicherry, from my own experience they are worst people. I bought my honda activa there for third service. They washed the motorcycle but they did not change the engine oil. I felt the inconfortability and I asked them to solve it. But they are not even identify the problem. Then I identify the problem using a private mechanic. Now Iam fearing to give my motorcyle for next service there. I lost my confident about them.
Honda — Poor Machinery of Bike
Dear Sir/MamI am Anil Sharma residing in Delhi India.I am owner of Honda Bike and i am quite dissatisfied with this bike in its first year.
When i went to service center they find the problem in his fourth time and charged me for this in the gaurantee period.I dont know how to
appreciate your after sales service.After making payment at service center i am not satisfied with the service because my bike is still not in good cndition.
I want to fetch your attention towards this to avoid inconvinience for me.My bike handle is going in one direction after spending money and time on it.
I hope you will help me getting rid of this problem.

hasan honda (pondicherry) has very poor customer service.
i took a bike on November. still (February) i did not get any document like commercial sales paper, temporary bills etc.., employee of the hasan honda are so careless in dealing customer.
i kindly tell to my friend, not to buy any honda products in pondicherry.
