i purcahsed a unicorn on feb.2010. within 300 km riding i got severe backpain and informed the dealer about this problm. they adjusted the shock up & the prblm still continue. after that i reduced the air pressure in the rear wheel to 20 psi. & the pain is reduced. now my doubt is, is it advicible to ride the vehicle in the 20 psi.
or the company may take the responsibility to rectify the prblm.

hi, my name is chetan .I have purchased Honda unicorn bike from javeri honda (fort) in February 2009 since then im experience a lot of problem in my bike
1) average problem(22km/litre)
2) pick up
well soon after the 1st servicing my bike average start declining well though i had did servicing form javeri.
when i brought my bike from service center there was a petrol leakage from my bike and many more prblm started arising resulting in very poor performance of my bike .
in such case what should i do where should i complaint .n to whom should i complaint .

Honda Unicorn — shock Up complaint
its my 2nd email complaint.I BOUGHT MY UNICORN BIKE ON 10TH NOV 2009.On the same day itself i found rust on the front shock absorber.i went to service station&servicemen said that its an unusual complaint its need to be painted.Thus i need to keep the bike for i day there.Then on nov 15th i notice some noise from back shock absorber,again i went to service station&servicemen said that there is a problem of lubrication &its better to rectify on the 1st service.Then i mail my 1st complaint to honda.After two days i got a call from honda servicestation thrissur&tell me to bring my bike to thrissur,which is 40 km away from my home.Due to some reasons i cant bring bike to there for some days.Atlast on[protected] i bring my bike to thrissur around 10o clock morning.on 18th they call me&said that they can only rectify the problem if they get one writtern sanction from one of the honda copmpany person coming to there on 20th,its required to keep my bike there untill 20th or i can take the bike and again bring to thrissur on 20th, if i have emergency.it was so shocking that they do not bother about my time.Now my qn is genuine,for what i bought a bike,to use or to kept it on service station?remember i bought a brand new bike&the complaint i register is just the manufacturing defect,i dont have much time to spent for it.I just loss my belief in honda.this bike is not a gift given by honda to me.I need a faster response on this issue.remember still my bike is at thrissur service station.
