[Resolved] Honda Unicorn — Slipping of Gear | |||
Sir / Madam I am an owner of Honda Unicorn Bike in India with Reg. No. KL 40 E 4438, I purchased my bike from your dealer - Muthoot Honda in India ( Kerala, Ernakulam ) . My concerns are following. 1) After one or two days ,I purchased my Bike, the bike was not getting started with the electronic starter .I contacted the dealer and was asked me to bring the bike to their service center for rectification.I submitted my bike for the first free service when it reached 500Kms of running. At that time I found more complaints that the chain was loose and I asked to fasten the chain also. I recieved my bike after service and was said by the service personal that the listed complaints were corrected. But from the next day on wards the electronic starter failed to work with. The chain was still loose and on my checking I found that they even didn't attended the chain tighting . I informed the same to the service center and the reply was to bring again my bike back to service center 2) I am facing a problem with slipping of gear while riding. When I informed the same in the first service itself - the comment of the service personnal was it is happening for all unicorn bikes up to 6000 kms.I cannot even just imagine such a fault from Honda and if that happened so I believe Honda had already found a solution for that. After that I submitted my bike three times for service still noe the complaint persists Will there be any solution for this ????????? Whom shall I contact with to get my problems rectified ???????? I dont trust the service of Muthoot Honda any more Please suggest somebody else who is trustworthy. Thanking you Jaise Was this information helpful? | |||
