[Resolved] Honda Unicorn Motorcycle — service matter

Dear Sir My name shekhar jha, i m working in intex co. so motorcycle is nassery for me, but today i give my bike at service at Rajpal Honda M.p. Nagar Bhopal. But he is not doing work in my bike and till now at 7:15 PM he not give me my bike, and way of talking of the employees is not bearable .i dont know what to do for me but this is not good for your companies repotation. Honda Unicorn — Service of motor cycle

On 01.08.2009 in morning I have given my motocycle for servive at your authirised servive station at Ludhiana ( Punjab) (India) named Pioneer Honda . I have explained all the problems in the bike.At the time of delivery i paid Rs.1133 vide bill no-091W06601.I request the executive to please check the bike completely.It was shocking for me that all the problems were as there were earlier.The brakes of the motor cycle were not working even when the brake shoes of the front disc was replacement at the time of service even a single problem of the bike was not serviced.I am very much confused that from were I could get the service of my/your valuable bike.

honda unicorn motorcycle — Poor service

I purchased Honda Unicorn Bike on 24th Nov 2006.(frame no.2K68058321, ENGINE no. 9058314, dealer code. KA05000, model code/ CBF150P). Within the first year of the purchase I had complaints of noisy engine, which is also mentioned in the job card of the service station at Sirsi, Uttara kannada Dist, Karnataka. But they denied any defect in the vehicle and did the general service. Everytime I used to complain the same, but no remedy. recently I moved out into another city Mysore, karnataka. The service station here says there is a major defect in the engine and needs a major replacement. i have been taxed here for no fault of mine.. please give me the justice in this case...

Rajpal honda, bhopal — Poor service

Rajpal honda provides WORST service...i have very bad experience...once my activa was full of scratches wen i took back after servicing...clutch was brken too ..initially they said it was like this only then they agreed "han sahab gir gayee thi gadi"...complete shameless ppl they are...second time they took it for servicing promised to deliver in evening ...it was sunday i was waiting for their call at 6 in evening they called and said "sahab dukan band ho rahi hai kal lena gadi"...they dnt understand the requirement... i was in need of vehicle that evening but i had to suffer bcoz of them...nxt morning i rchd there to see that they have used the vehicle for 25 kms...and it was puncture too...all those who care abt their vehicle please dnt go to Rajpal Honda...
