Sub- complaint regarding service.

Dear sir,
I own a HONDA ETERNO model, 26 September 2007 from Bhasin honda, raja garden, N.D. bearing regn. No. DL4SBE8367. Chassis no. ME4KF073J78000328. Engine no.KF07E9230163 which is insured against policy no.3005/52590615/01/00 ICICI Lombard valid from 26.9.2008 to 25.9.2009 midnight. While going for work on 18.5.2009 to my office located at shaktikhand-II, indrapuram GZB, U.P.I met with an accident while negotiating a turn and a dog came in front of my vehicle. To save the dog I struck against another scooter coming from the wrong side.

I got the scooter loaded on a manual rickshaw and took it to AS AUTOTECH PVT.LTD. RACE HONDA, 32, PATPAR GANJ, INDUSTRIAL AREA, DELHI-110092, who are your authorized service representative.

They told me that they shall get the vehicle inspected from the surveyor. The surveyor inspected the vehicle in my absence and without informing me the service dealer’s service engineer(Mr. Amiteshe) replaced parts which were working alright like clutch plates, etc.My claim for broken parts like Panel Floor, Mirror Assembly and Inner Cover was not taken into account by the surveyor.

The service dealer issued me an Invoice No.09IW01769 Dated 25.5.2009 for Rs.4111/-
When I contacted the surveyor Mr. Anoop (Mob. No. [protected]), he told me that parts damaged as claimed by me were not shown by the service dealer to him. Is not the surveyor qualified and competent to see what is faulty? My claim has been settled for Rs.1692/-only.

On their part the Dealer says that they had shown the damaged parts to the surveyor, but he did not process my claim as per the actual requirement.
In view of the above I request you to process my claim as per actual damage caused and not as per fictitious report prepared by surveyor. Why changes the spare without inform me if surveyor not accept .So I had loss my money.

Hope the above clears the matter.

Dear sir,
I Have some problem in my vehicle HONDA ETERNO regarding to start. Last month i have given it to my near Honda service station Sangam Honda, A-23/6, site 4, Industrial area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. After just 2 days of service, it again start the same problem. As i was busy in my work so i did not get time to go again soon to report the same problem.But just after a month i report my problem their, then after, they took my scooter to their service point from my home as i was unable to start.They took charge for taking scooter from my home and also assuredme that this problem will not arise again.
As yesterday on 11.7.2009 i took back my scooter, it was working but just next day it again creates the same problem by which i have missed my important work. After all i m very much disapointed by this and i want some strict action regarding my problem of all regarding my scooter problem and money waisted in this.

Hope u will take positive action regarding my problem and maintain my faith in ur's.

I own a HONDA ETERNO model, 03 April 2009 from Race honda, 80-A, radhey Puri Extn. Main Road, N.D. bearing regn. No. DL13S3767.

I took the scooter for 3rd service to AS AUTOTECH PVT.LTD. RACE HONDA, 32, PATPAR GANJ, INDUSTRIAL AREA, DELHI-110092, who are your authorized service representative.

I have few points noted in the job card like low average, fiscurring noice from the wheels and routine service, but what exactly has been done is washing of the scooter, then change of oils and that is over, I am continuously watching the mechanic from the sitting area what he was doing, at the time of receiving the sccoter I asked him why he has not clean the spark plug, he replied the machine is not working else they simply change the same for other customers, about average setting and fiscurring noice what he has done he is mum I have taken the issue to the service manager but all in vain they all are interested in moving out for the day end, I finally decided to take my scooter and bring the matter to the concerns.

In view of the above I request you to kindly look into the service station and the service provided their and the skillset of the mechanics, machines etc.

Hoping for an improved service next time, waiting Ur. +ive reply.

Sub : Complaint Against Service

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have got serviced my Scooter (Eterno) No. DL 7S AQ 5714, Vide Invoice No. 11IW10190 Dt. 17/09/2011 & Job Card No.11JC10252 Dt.16/09/2011 at your work shop on fully cash paid basis but since my Scooter serviced, Engine Oil is leaking from the Engine till Date.
Today, I went to your work shop to rectify this problem but your Engineer, Mr. RAVI told me the fault after examination, that a NUT has been broken at the time of servicing and we can't do any thing, better you go to a kharadiya and get repaired at your own expanses.

When I asked Mr. Ravi to remove the leakage of the Engine in your work shop, he asked me, with a very rude behaviour, to wait for one or two hour for making new Job Card and I have to pay Rs. 250/- But I refused to do so, when there is a loss at your end, why I suffer this loss.
I took my Scooter back after frustation.

So, you are requested to look into this matter on priority basis, so that we could trust in HONDA.
