The support team is pathetic and third grade.
The Management is equally bad. Mr Kumar and Mrs. Padmsree are so irresponsible that they dont answer your calls once they sell the package to you.
Dont expect support fro these people. They hardly solve anu issue. Every time they will be busy in mating.

I have a VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with them
There is big his name is KUMAR RAJ and Sultan Ahmed even a lady Padmasree - all these three members are fit for nothing. These people play with businesses and do not provide any kind of support and help.
They have blocked my domain name and they are not even giving us the EPP code and domain control panel so I can transfer MY domain to some other vendor in mumbai.
Hosting Seva People are very very smart they are doing the business in three names which is

Recommendation of the product can be done even if there is no Good Thing at-least. But what if that company is into Fraud Activities ?? They Hijack domain names to their control panel and they need to their customer want to suffer with their low class, 3rd class, products.
They have Hacked my 18 domain names which i renewed with them, The CEO of the company (Padmashree) boldly called me and asked me to pay Rs8500/- again to release my domain names.
She harassed me in saying that within 24hours i need to pay the amount or else all domain name will be blocked permanently. AND she did the same !!
I contacted PUBLIC DOMAIN REGISTRY, they could successfully helped me to regain domains back to my control pannel.
Iam not the person who want this company name to go bad, I dont have any personal grudge on Padmashree..

We had jus renewed our hosting space and all even they were sweet while renewing it offered discounts and all and then after that suddenly they discontinued our hosting within 2 months without informing
and were not ready 2 provide any solutions in the end we asked them to transfer our domains they even asked money to give authentication code saying its company policy when i asked them 2 show where it is written they said if you want you have to play later that sultan says after taking that money 650 for each domain that you know sir u cant even file case against us. even after paying them i dont know why they r so bad i know they r greedy and they wont last in this field for long but why to fool people when they are good with you.

We had purchased reseller pack 4 windows from them but there service sucks only 1 person named kumar - the rude dog who pounces 4 no reason but wont provide you service he jus can raise his voice if you ask u want you money back or anything what is opposing their service support team will 4ward call 2 this kumar dog and then he barks showing that we are only in fault.
one of them also challenged me confidently saying you can do anything o[censored]s u cant sue us for anything. then i made my mind and googled who 2 get rid of them and i found 1 forum where one person had faced similar situation and he had complained to main domain provider.
they were not providing us any support neither our calls were received we were blacklisted
they were not ready 2 move our domains neither gave us control for panel
then we complained public domain directory from where they book domain and complained against them within 2days all our sites were active and proper, but they never moved ourdomain to our other new provider in the end after complain again to public domain they directly transferred it 2 our new domain provider.
they took 650 rs for each domains jus to give us auth code
worst part even after transfer they called saying we are calling from internetworld wide and said that ur domain needs to renew and generated bill and all , where else domain was not under there control
worst part they started calling and mailing my clients directly via addresses email available on website
and mailed them cheap rates and offered them direct service
where else billing address was mine when i called up and asked and fired them
kumar kept quit saying we had his details and all. but when billing address was mine how can he do that

now we have shifted to b4uindia and we are very happy with their service totally professional

These guys dont care about police complaints, legal notices and every thing else its a big mistake if you still buy any service from them ...
