House Full Furniture Store — Poor Quality of Furniture | |||
After making purchases worth of Rs 61,000/- Housefull furniture has let us down by the service provided and most importantly the QUALITY of the furniture . We faced several issues since we bought a bed , sofa set, dining table and a wall frame from housefull in May 2011...in one week without even using the furniture the condition of the sofa is miserable when we i turned the sofa we saw the sofa cover is not stitched but its stapled.. The Bed was a defective piece , which we realised while your carpenter was assembling the same.One sheet of the bed is damaged and was already in a bad condition . This was also noticed and agreed by the hosefull carpenter who in turn called the store manager.The solution given to us was to give a written complaint letter and hand it over to the carpenter so that necessary action can b taken... but the damaged bed is still lying in the room..and till date no one has even responded or acknowledged the complaint letter. The bed was delivered in 1st week of June , and we are still awaiting response . Feels very bad that we are cheated after spending our hard earned money .. Was this information helpful? | |||
