I would like to file a serious complaint of no delivery of goods as per timeline after full payment of good. The shop is not accessible on phone and there is no proper response to any calls made to them since last 1 month. We have been chasing for timely delivery, furniture assembly, polishing. Since last 20 days we have been chasing for a broken mirror (during transport at their cost) which is not yet been delivered and when called we are asked 100 questions and kept giving false commitments about delivery, or at times disconnecting our calls.
