I have purchased double bed from House Full International Ltd. company located at Kharadi Bypass, Pune. At the time of purchasing, they have given delicery date of 13.6.2009 and installation date 15.6.2009. They have delivered me the bed on 26.6.2009 and still today they haven't sent a carpenter to install it. The boxes of bed are occuping my whold bed rooma and there is no place to sleep to my family members. Also, they have taken all 100% payment of installtion in advance on 6.6.2009. I am calling this showroom dayly 10 to 15 times and they tell lye all the time. Each day evening carpenter will come, they assure and whole day passes and till there will be no call from them. Because of this I can't go anywere as all day I was waiting for carpenter. This caused me a lot of telephone bill and harrasment of my and my family. Please take some action against them as this is the same case with my one friend from House Full. Was this information helpful? |
